Beautiful Home [Lilo's Magic]
This home is beautiful and very relaxing. We enjoy our stay every time we go. Mr Sri is a great person to do business with and very professional when or if you have a problem. I would highly recommend.
Exceeded our expectations [Tropical Magic]
We couldn't have been happier with our experience here. It exceeded our expectations. The host responded quickly with answers to our questions and was so accommodating. We were a family of 12 and the house fit us to a tee. We could have used more silverware as we ate in mostly but not a huge problem. We’d recommend to heat the pool. The kids loved it so much. Owner Response: It was nice to have met with these guests during their stay. I wish these guests mentioned the need for more cutlery when we met or with a phone call and we could have provided more. We obviously added more cutlery following this review.

Remodeled home [Simba's Magic]
We had a magnificent stay, the house is very comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful, recently remodeled. Most importantly, a super host, who was always attentive to our needs. I recommend this house for your family trips.

Wonderful Vacation Stay! An Honest Review [Emerald Magic]
We recently stayed at the Emerald Magic house with our whole family, 8 of us total. We had our 1 year old son and our 11 year old nephew with us and they both had so much fun! There was everything we needed for our little guy- a crib, highchair and stroller. Each room had it's own roku TV which was amazing when we wanted to relax. The house is only 20 min from Disney which was a huge plus. Doordash and instacart made it super easy to have food delivered to the house on our down days. Having a private pool to come home to was also a huge plus for us!
Our only con is that there was a miscommunication. We had early check-in and when we arrived they were still cleaning. However, we would still stay here again but we wanted to be honest in hopes it doesn't happen again in the future to someone else. 100% would recommend regardless.
Owner Response: We appreciate these guests staying in Emerald Magic villa. We regret the house was not ready by the time we promised for their complementary early check-in. Due to unforeseen events, the cleaners could not finish the job and these guests had to wait around 30 minutes before the house was fully ready.

A premier home in a first-class community [Tropical Magic]
This is a premier home in a first-class community with all the amenities for a week long stay. Over sized lanai/ pool / spa area, super media recreation room, huge kitchen, everyone had a private bed/bath. Clubhouse was nice, felt secure safe in the hood, so close to Disney, shopping etc. Owner was very kind and responsive to any questions or concerns . I would highly recommend this property for a similar rental.
Great house [Nemo's Magic]
My family and I stayed at Nemos magic vacation house during our trip to Florida to visit Disney world. Our stay was wonderful! When we asked our children (ages 10 and 12) what there favorite part of the trip was they said probably the house with the pool!- Not Disney world! We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Vacation Rental [Emerald Magic]
We had a party of 13, with three elementary school age kids. Spent a day at each of the 4 Disney Parks and two full days at the Emerald Magic house, enjoying the pool and beautiful accommodations. Management responded quickly to help us when we messed up on the house alarm system. All our questions were answered and everyone was very professional. The older teenagers enjoyed the game room, while the grown-ups played board games every evening. The kitchen was well equipped and made us feel "at home". Thanks. Tom from Vero Beach, FL
Beyond our expectations [Dory's Magic]
This home was everything we wanted and more. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and 8 children. So many options of what to do. The home was clean, comfortable, and fun. Very close to all.places we went to.
Wonderful house [Baloo's Magic]
We had a wonderful stay at Baloo's Magic. The house was big enough for four adults and three younger children. We chose to use the pool heat and I am glad we did as the water would have been too cold for us otherwise. The house was well stocked with kitchen and other household items. The biggest benefit to me was being able to get in touch with the owner and the property manager. Sri is wonderful to work with and will go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The property manager was also easily reached and quick to respond to our needs. If you are looking for a medium size house with a pool this is a great one to rent!
Vacation stay was great [Lilo's Magic]
My family and I had the safest and greatest place to take a vacation. This place was like home away from home. We will be vacationing there again soon. Thank you.
Fun place to stay with friends or family [Baloo's Magic]
We enjoyed our time staying at Baloo's Magic in Florida.
The beds were comfortable except for the queen-size bed which was a little stiffer than most people would like and some complained about bedsheets making them feel itchy. (not sure if they were sensitive or if it was something else) My wife and I stayed in the master suite and the king bed was wonderful. The bathrooms were clean and worked well for the 9 of us. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much most standard items and we also used the grill. TVs worked properly and it was nice to have our own access to a private pool. Wouldn't mind coming back to this house again if a few more updates were made. My parents rented a 7-bedroom villa and theirs was much nicer, but still thought it was a good place to stay despite all of the comments. Thanks for letting us have a great vacation here.

Great end to a summer [Nemo's Magic]
Absolutely amazing time. From the start with the friendly staffers , to the end with the beautiful homes. Our house was perfectly kept and very beautiful. We will definitely be back in the distant future. Just one or two tweaks needed on your part, the television in the bedroom can be a bit more app friendly like the ones in your living room.
Relaxing and enjoyable vacation [Emerald Magic]
My family and I usually rent a vacation home with Emerald Island Resorts yearly. Our stay has always been enjoyable. The homes are always clean and fresh, the grounds are immaculate and the staff is friendly and inviting. The Emerald Island Resort Rental experience is always an exceptional experience.
Florida vacation [Simba's Magic]
When we arrived we found a few problems which were rectified very quickly. The house was very spacious. The toilet area in the master bedroom as well as the guest toilet on the first floor are a bit tight. The pool area was large with plenty of lounge chairs. The pots and pans could be updated. Overall a safe and comfortable house and resort. Sri was readily available when needed and responsive to concerns.

Affordable/Comfortable/Spacious Vacation Townhouse near Disney [Marlin's Magic]
Marlin's Magic was a great affordable option to staying right near Disney's Parks. 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms definetly helped a family of 5 at the end of a long park day. We drove about 10 minutes to the parks and were near the local stores/restaurants. We utilized the pool on an off day. The kitchen and dining area had enough seating for all of us. It was great to have a full fridge/freezer for storing water, food, and snacks. I was able to make breakfast and lunches for everyone. Loved the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the townhouse. I came home with no dirty laundry. The beds were very comfortable as well, which you do not always find in resort hotels. I would stay there again if traveling to Orlando parks.
Hardest part is to leave [Simba's Magic]
We had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I would love to come back and stay at the same home in Emerald Island Resort.

Great Family Vacation near Disney [Simba's Magic]
Our stay at Simba’s Magic was great. The home adequately accommodated our extended family of 10. The proximity to Disney World is 10 -15 minutes. Our request for an extra high chair and crib were arranged to be at the home upon arrival and was greatly appreciated. Any other questions we had were address promptly. Modern home and well kept resort. Awesome Disney family vacation and stay at Simba’s Magic!!

Dory's Magic villa [Dory's Magic]
Had a lovely 3 week stay at Dory house. View looking over the lake was brilliant, and the extended pool area was great. Beds are nice and clean with new sheets and towels. Owner only a telephone call away and acted quickly to any of our needs. Would go back again

Expectations exceeded again [Disney Magic]
This is our family's second booking with Sri at Emerald Island, I can't imagine booking with any other company. The community is gated and nice and we love that the properties offered accommodate our large family. Plenty of space for everyone. The property is clean, the kids loved playing in the pool and game room! Conveniently located...already planning to return next summer!
Perfect location [Tropical Magic]
We always stay on Emerald Island Resort, it’s a perfect location for Disney and the distance from Universal and Sea World is not that much further out. This was the first time using Emerald Island Rentals and staying in a 6 bedroom property, having previously stayed in a 4 bedroom and 7 bedroom premises. The house was ample big enough for us, a party of 6 adults. There was plenty of outside seating and sunbeds. The house was clean, presentable and the welcome pack was a nice little touch. The management company are easily accessible for peace of mind, would definitely book again and recommend the property. We found this a really good price for the property and position.

The house and pool was amazing, very clean and our family had an amazing time. I feel the washer and dryer could use an upgrade. The game room entertained the children when they weren't in the pool. A Magical stay [Timon's Magic]
Our 16 nights at Timon’s Magic was just perfect for us - a family group of four adults. We found the administration (from an initial inquiry to confirmation of final details) easy to navigate and follow. We found this townhouse be exceptionally clean, very well equipped and well positioned. Unlike some other places we’ve stayed at, we all sensed that this property is loved by its owners as we felt very much at home here. If (Edit by wife: when!) we return to Florida, Timon’s Magic will be at the top of our list.

The house was very tidy and had all sorts of accommodations including a high chair and pack n play for my little one! It was well kept, and easy to access. The clubhouse and friendly staff was an added bonus! Would highly recommend!

If you are looking for a private pool and spa with a big house to hold a lot of family for vacation then this is a good place to book.

Had a great 2 week vacation based in Emerald Magic Villa in Emerald Island Resort. Villa had plenty of room to accommodate our large family of 12, including a toddler. The owner, Sri was extremely helpful throughout and was quick to assist with all of our queries leading up to our stay.
We didn't really have any issues at all during our 2 weeks but would suggest that the villa in general requires a little bit of tlc. Nothing major but a few upgrades on things like the pool area and the likes would take this lovely villa up a notch. Really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Sri was very accommodating with all of our needs. The condo was very clean and smelled clean when we got there. Very easy access to the condo. The pool temperature was great as we paid to use the heater. Grill area was great! We had a very fun and relaxing time.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this house. Love it. Pool is great. Sun all day long. Very comfortable home. Close to the clubhouse! Have it rented for next year already. Sri is outstanding.

Perfect Villa for our holiday [Pluto's Magic]
We rented our stay with Emerald Island a while back, but unfortunately due to covid we were unable to attend this holiday as the UK and US borders were still closed. Sri and his team could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I honestly can't thank him enough for this as it meant we were able to continue our holiday plans for 2022 without too much of a loss financially.
On the run up to our stay Sri was brilliant at keeping us informed of all the necessary steps and information we needed.
When we arrived the Villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday comfortably.
We were amazed at how close we were to all Disney (5 minutes) and universal parks, the longest drive being around 40 mins with traffic to Universal. As well as having a range of shops and restaurants on our doorstep.
We have enjoyed our stay here immensely and can't wait to start planning another visit soon!
Ideal villa for our family stay [Emerald Magic]
Had a wonderful stay at the villa. Excellent communication from the start. There were no major problems, and even a couple of minor problems were fixed in under an hour. We enjoyed the communal space, and the pool and spa, but also enjoyed the privacy of the 4 master suites, when appropriate. Very good WiFi. Although Florida is not at the top of our list to visit next, if we do come back in the future, I would happily rent this place again.

My family just spent an amazing 9 days at the Tropical Disney Villa at Emerald Island. We had an absolute unbelievable time. The house was perfect for all 9 of us. Spacious, clean, welcoming and fit our needs just perfectly. The pool was clean and warm. The patio was a comfort after a long day.
The owner Sri is available 24/7. He is so kind and was a pleasure to do business with. He cares about your every comfort. This is a 5 star house with a 5 star owner.

Home was very clean and had everything we needed , I love to cook and there was so many choices of pots and pans to use. Having the extra living room was nice to have to give options for movies to watch . The pool was put to good use by the kids and grandchildren. The lights in the pool at night did not work, contacted the owner and he got them checked right-away. Owner/Sri is very good at answering right away with questions you have. We will be back.

This vacation rental was very nice. Very clean and was actually updated even nicer than the photos. Had all the amenities we needed. Bed was comfortable. The area was very quiet. Close to the Disney parks, and restaurants. Our booking agent was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Great family vacation home [Baloo's Magic]
After having stayed at this resort several times for business, I decided it would be a great place for my family for our first family trip to Disney. It's so convenient to check in to and has everything you or your family would need. It’s also a short drive away from all the attractions, not just Disney. We will definitely be returning on our next trip!
Geat stay [Dory's Magic]
We rented Dory's Magic for multiple weeks. It was great. The 7 bedrooms were perfect for family and friends that would join us for a week at a time during our stay. Sri and his management team took great care of us. I will only use Emerald Island Rentals in the future.

Nice vacation [Nemo's Magic]
Let me start off by saying the customer service was amazing at Emerald Island. The agent was responsive and helpful and the staff at the clubhouse was very friendly. Emerald Island was quiet, which was good for two adults just looking for a quiet getaway. It's a typical rental community. It's close to everything and easy to find. The grounds are nice. The house needs a little love. We had everything we needed after the BBQ was replaced.

It was as expected, some things to mention: 1) Location is my favorite, this area has a lot of restaurants, stores, and really close to Disney World.
2) Owner was very responsive before and during my stay.
3) Emerald Islands: I like a lot the place, feel like in and open space with many trees around, the pool etc.
4) House: very comfortable for my party (4 adults 2 kids) with all the amenities required, easy to check in and check out, Tvs in all rooms, many cable channels etc
