Living area of this vacation home offers two large sofas and love seat, coffee table, intimate lighting and entertainment center with 55" SMART TV and a DVD player. This is an ideal space to kick-off the planning activities in the morning with a cup of coffee or relax after a busy day at the theme parks.
Formal Dining Area
Conveniently located at the end of the family room, this area offers seating for six. This area overlooks the spacious and adjoining family room.
Kitchen and Nook
Fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, blender, toaster and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.
Centrally located at the end of the kitchen bar with a view of the pool/spa area. A good place to eat together as a family.
First Master Suite
This bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite and offers a 32" flat-screen SMART TV and a walk-in closet. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.
Second Bedroom
This bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite and also has a 32" flat-screen SMART TV and a walk-in closet. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.
Third Bedroom
This bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. There is also a 32" flat-screen SMART TV for the entertainment of kids.
Fourth Bedroom
This bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. There is also a 32" flat-screen SMART TV for the entertainment of kids.
Family Bathroom
The third and fourth bedrooms share a family bath room that is centrally located for bedrooms 3 and 4.
Game Room
If you want fun, enjoy our garage converted to a games room with pool table, foosball and a basketball game.
Pool Area
This vacation rental has a private pool/spa with a child safety fence and is fully screened. With the optional pool/spa heating you can be assured that the pool/spa is warm even in colder months. If you like to enjoy the Florida sunshine, head-out to the pool area and relax in a pool chair or lounger.
Laundry Facilities
Our villa has a fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.
Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a Pack 'n Play and a high chair provided free of charge.
