Complete Emerald Island Resort Booking Form after reviewing and agreeing to the terms and conditions. Please note our No Smoking and No Pets policy. Also, Emerald Island Resort is a gated community and does not allow any RVs, trailers, campers and commercial vehicles. Guests can park them in any near-by commercial parking lot at their own expense.
Make a Payment
You can make a reservation for your vacation home in as much advance as you choose.
If your vacation starts in the next 10 weeks, please pay the full amount of rent.
If your vacation starts after the next 10 weeks, please pay your rental deposit (down payment) as follows per week or part thereof to secure your reservation: 3 bedroom villas: $250; 4 bedroom villas: $300; 5 bedroom villas: $350; 6, 7 bedroom villas: $500. The balance of the rent is due at least 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Damage Waiver vs. Security Deposit
Damage Waiver: The cost of Damage Waiver and coverage for any accidental damages is as follows: $49.95+tax for 3 bedroom rentals for a $300 coverage; $59.95+tax for 4 bedroom rentals for a $400 coverage; $69.95+tax for 5,6,7 bedroom rentals for a $600 coverage. The cost of the damage waiver is non-refundable and it covers only accidental damages that are reported to us prior to check-out. A government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card number are required to be on file prior to arrival instructions are sent. Any violations of booking agreement including but not limited to smoking or bringing pets would be charged to the credit card on file. Any damages that are beyond the coverage limit will also be charged to credit card on file. Damage Waiver can't be purchased once you access the rental.
Security Deposit: In lieu of Damage Waiver, guests can provide a refundable security deposit. Security Deposit is $500 for 6, 7 bedroom villas; $350 for 5 bedroom villas; $300 for 4 bedroom villas; and $250 for 3 bedroom villas. A security deposit must be made with a check payment with the final balance or with a credit card authorization at least 2 weeks before arrival. The security deposit will be returned/released within 1-2 weeks after your departure. This is done after we inspect the homes and ensure that you have not violated any terms and conditions of the booking agreement.
If you would like to opt for the Security Deposit, please give us a call with your credit/debit card details and we will send an authorization form via email for you to complete and return. Bookings of less than a week and certain last-minute bookings will require a Security Deposit in addition to a Damage Waiver. In those situations, we will apply any damages to the Damage Waiver first and then to Security Deposit.
Once your booking is confirmed and fully paid, we will email you directions and access instructions for your Emerald Island Resort vacation rental.
