What a great home, I've been booking with Airbnb for 5 years and stay all over. This by far has to be the best place for me and my family! Everything about this home is perfect, spacious, clean, perfect for large family's or just a couple of us. Anything you want Sri had, it accommodated my 7 year old, my 17 year old and my 22 year old, so much room and things to do at the house. I don't have to look for another place as long as I go to Disney. This will be my home away from home for as long as I come to Disney. Sri even suggested that we book with him direct on Emerald Island rentals site to save on 3rd party fees, which is what we will do going forward. Anyone who stays here will be glad and NOT disappointed. Highly recommend staying at Dory's Magic!

Property was clean and fit my family of 9 very well. The host was responsive and open to all communication. House could use some updates, but still very neat and clean. Home was stocked with plenty of amenities and appliances. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Spring Break Trip  [Simba's Magic]
The location of the home is wonderful close to everything.The home is advertised just like the photos you won’t be disappointed. I had two small issues with garbage disposal and bathroom. I called and the problem was fixed immediately . The customer service is also outstanding. I will definitely be returning next year for spring break. Thank You Emerald Island

We stayed here for 2 weeks prior to Easter with our grandchildren and I have to say it was perfect, from its location, to its size, the pool and the games room! The booking process was easy and Sri was so helpful during the process and came back immediately with answers to any questions. I have already recommended this property to a friend who is visiting Orlando next year and we would definitely use again when we visit again! Perfect base when visiting Disney and the magic doesn’t stop when you leave the the gates of Disney!!

All was great with the rental. Quiet and safe place and is not far from Disney parks. This is our 2nd time renting Emerald Island properties from Sri. Everyone was happy happy! Sri takes care of you with effortless check in and out and any questions you may have.

The Best time ever  [Dory's Magic]
Dory's was the perfect house for our family of 16! Not once did we ever feel crowded. Everything was comfortable. Kitchen is awesome. Pool was used from daybreak on. This was our 8 year at Emerald. Sri is the best there is!

Best Family Accommodations for Disney and Universal!  [Tropical Magic]
We have reserved homes with Emerald Island Rentals for several years and every experience has been excellent. Our most recent stay in March 2025 at Tropical Magic was our favorite home yet. The owner is fantastic - communication is prompt and he puts in the full effort to resolve any issues immediately. These rentals are perfect for a family vacation to Disney and Universal for providing a relaxing and peaceful space after returning home from the theme parks. Having a private pool and spa with an outdoor grill is very nice to cook a meal and eat outside enjoying the sound of the many songbirds that serenaded us this spring. The ride to Disney parks is about 10 minutes and Universal about 40 minutes. These homes are clean, well-maintained and the Emerald Island Resorts has beautiful landscaping, basketball court, shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball. This is the only place we will stay during our Orlando vacations, highly recommend!

Book Direct, highly recommended  [Disney Magic]
Having stayed at Emerald Island for the last 18 years, booking direct for the stay is absolutely the way to go. The support, help and assistance is outstanding. You do not necessarily get this booking independently. We incurred some issues and Sri and the team were immediately on it. First class. Sri was 100% on it from the initial selecting and booking, right through to the end of the stay. Never had to wait for responses. Definitely feel valued as a customer. Thank you :)

Great place to stay  [Tropical Magic]
This property suited our family perfectly! The pool and spa are great. Lots of space for everyone (9 of us). Close to all Disney parks, grocery shopping close by. There were plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms as well as extra blankets if needed. The games room is awesome! Sri always responds quickly if anything develops and looks after things in a timely manner.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE  [Pluto's Magic]
My family and I vacationed in Kissimmee and stayed in this amazing house. It was bright, clean, comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table very much. We had an issue on the first day but maintenance responded immediately. We also needed to extend our stay, which is not always possible with rentals, but we were very lucky. Thank you to everyone involved. I would highly recommend this place.

Kids loved the pool and games-room  [Simba's Magic]
It is close to theme parks. We did get stuck in traffic a few times (but no more than 10 mins). Could use carpet cleaning upstairs. My kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. With it being in a gated community, we felt safe and would love to be back.
