Our spacious 14' x 30' swimming pool and spa are perfectly south-facing, ensuring maximum sunlight exposure throughout the day—a luxury many villas don’t offer. The pool area is surrounded by a full-width paved patio and a screened lanai for added privacy and comfort. Ceiling fans provide a cool, shaded retreat when you need a break from the sun.

The deck is fully furnished with comfortable chairs, tables, and beach beds, creating the ideal spot to lounge, relax, and soak up the Florida sunshine.

For your comfort, pool and spa heating is available for an additional daily fee (recommended from October to March). The fully screened enclosure keeps the area clean and free from wildlife, while a professional service maintains the pool weekly to ensure pristine and safe swimming conditions.
