Game Room
Our game room is fully air-conditioned and has a 8' slate bed pool table, 6' air hockey, foosball, 55" large screen SMART TV, Blueray player, and a Soundbar speaker system. The game-room is nicely decorated with an assortment of Disney art work and memorabilia. If there is a garage door - it is a garage, not a game-room!
South Facing Pool/Spa and Lanai
Our large 14'x30' swimming pool and spa are south-facing and have the unique advantage over many other villas in that the entire pool and spa area will be soaked in sunlight during most of the day. It is surrounded by a large extended full width paved patio and a screened lanai with cooling ceiling fans should you prefer to sit in the shade. The pool deck is furnished with chairs, tables, and beach beds which allows you to just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun.
If you find the pool/spa is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out. The pool is serviced weekly by professionals so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.
Pool and spa have privacy from the neighboring homes on both sides due to judiciously placed shrubs. Kids will love the color changing pool and spa lights that put a night-show..
Living Room
As you enter this Orlando vacation home, you will see a spacious living room to the front of the villa. This space is furnished with a large and comfortable leather sectional sofa, coffee table, and two end tables with lamps, and a 55" flat screen SMART TV. This room is adjacent to the formal dining area and is an ideal location to engage with the rest of the family planning your next day's vacation.
Formal Dining
The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living area and has a view of the kitchen via the architectural arches. This area is well furnished with a spacious dining table and six chairs with all place settings waiting for your gourmet meals to be served. This is an ideal location to celebrate any occasion or enjoy the family meals together.
Family Room/ Great Room
The family room with its two-story ceilings is spacious, with a comfortable modern sectional sofa (not shown in the pictures), coffee table, and two end tables with lamps, and a 55" wall-mounted flat screen SMART TV. This room with its grand view of the kitchen and breakfast area as well as the south-facing pool area is the central location where many of your Orlando vacation memories are about to begin.
Kitchen and Nook
This Emerald Island resort vacation home has a well-equipped kitchen that makes food preparation a breeze while you are on vacation. To start off, this kitchen has an oven and a cook-top stove to make special meals of your choice and is complemented by a refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven and automatic ice-maker. This kitchen is "complete" with dinnerware, silverware and glassware settings for 14 (including wine glasses), kitchen towels and oven mitts, knives and cutting board. It also offers various kitchen utensils including corkscrew and grater, salt and pepper shakers. There are plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets and microwavable dishes.
King Master Suite #1
This master bedroom/suite is located on the first floor with a nice view of the pool and lanai area. This bedroom is well furnished with king bed, dresser, two night stands with lamps complemented by a large walk-in closet. This bedroom has a 50" flat-screen Smart TV with cable. The en-suite bathroom has a large garden tub/Jacuzzi, shower and separate toilet.
King Master Suite #2
This master bedroom/suite is located upstairs and is furnished with a king bed, dresser, two night stands with lamps, a full size crib and is complemented by a huge walk-in closet. There is also a 50" flat-screen Smart TV with cable in this bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a bath tub, vanity with sink and a toilet.
King Master Suite #3
Third master bedroom with its own en-suite is located on the second floor. It offers a king size bed, dresser, two night stands with lamps and a spacious closet space. This bedroom has 50" flat-screen Smart TVs with cable. The en-suite bathroom has a bath tub, vanity with sink and a toilet.
King Master Suite #4
Third master bedroom with its own en-suite is located on the second floor. It offers a king size bed, dresser, two night stands with lamps and a spacious closet space. This bedroom has 50" flat-screen Smart TVs with cable. The en-suite bathroom has a bath tub, vanity with sink and a toilet.
Bedroom #5 "Finding Nemo" Theme
This kids bedroom is decorated with "Nemo" theme and has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin bed. This bedroom accommodates four kids. This bedroom has a chest of drawers, a night stand with a table lamp as well as its own closet space. There is also a 43" 4K-UHD ROKU SMART TV in this bedroom.
Bedroom #6 "Minions" Theme
This kids bedroom is decorated "Minions" theme and has two twin beds that accommodate two kids. This bedroom has a night stand and an open closet. There is also a 40" SMART TV in this bedroom.
Family Bathroom
In addition to the 4 en-suite bathrooms, this villa has a family bathroom that can be shared by both of the kids bedrooms on the second floor.
Powder Room/Half Bath
There is a half bath/powder room on first floor between the family room and game-room.
Laundry Facilities
Our villa has a fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.
Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a high chair, these are all provided free of charge
