Our guests enjoy free access to all of the resort's numerous amenities and are situated conveniently from all of the attractions Florida has to offer.

Size of villas available in Emerald Island Resort
Emerald Island Resort offers two types of rentals - Vacation Homes and Townhomes. The terminology "vacation homes", "villas", "townhomes", "condos", "resort homes" varies from website to website and based on who you speak to. Thankfully when you are researching for your vacation rental in Emerald Island Resort, you only have to deal with two types of rentals, namely, vacation homes and townhomes. Vacation Homes in Emerald Island Resort range from 3-7 bed in size and offer a private pool and optionally a spa. All of these homes with private pool offer a standard or extended pool deck and an optional covered lanai. In addition to renting private pool homes, you can also rent townhomes that come with 3 or 4 bedrooms. Choosing a vacation home for your family size
Choosing the size of the villa for your family must be based on your family size and specific needs. All vacation rentals have a limitation on the capacity per Florida regulations and to comply with licensing requirements. Some homes come with sleeper sofa which accommodates 2 guests in addition to offering sleeping accommodation for two guests in each of the bedrooms. As a rule of thumb a 3 bedroom home can be occupied by 3 * 2 Plus 2 = 8 guests; a 4 bedroom home by 10 guests and so on. Optionally some homes offer a crib or pack 'n play for a baby.
What amenities are important to your family?
Each family has different needs and prefers to have specific amenities in their vacation home. It is important to evaluate your needs and offerings while selecting your Emerald Island Resort vacation rental. All of the homes and condos offered for rent in Emerald Island Resort are private owner rentals in Kissimmee and offer varying degrees of amenities to meet the needs to families of all sizes and budgets.
Baby Equipment such as cribs, pack 'n play units are frequently offered by vacation rental owners at no extra cost. BBQ grills are also offered by owners as a convenience to guests. In some cases, there may be a small charge per week for these amenities. Telephone calls are very frequently included including international calls by many owners. The rental process
When you rent one of our Emerald Island Resort vacation rentals by owner, you are saving hundreds of dollars by renting directly from the owners by not paying agent mark-ups. The rental process is much simpler when you rent from the owners as you are dealing directly with the owners who know their homes in-depth. Renting a home from an owner starts with an agreed price, followed by a rental agreement. The rental agreement becomes binding when a payment is made by the renters and received by the owners. Owners require the final payment along with a refundable security deposit several weeks prior to arrival at the vacation home. Once the payment is made fully, all welcome instructions for your arrival will be sent. Security deposit is released back to the renters after the departure.
