We enjoyed our stay at Nemo's Magic. Having 2 family rooms made a huge difference! Also, the kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and the open floor plan made for great family time! We will definitely be back! This is our 3rd time staying in the Resort and every time has been worth it!

Highly Recommend; [Tropical Magic]
This was our second year staying at this property. We stayed two weeks both years. It is very comfortable and well stocked with cooking utensils. It has plenty of room to stretch out (there were 5 of us). We felt very safe in this gated community. The location is very convenient to the Disney and Universal theme parks. We will definitely consider staying here again for future visits to Kissimmee.

Great villa; [Emerald Magic]
We stayed in this villa for 20 nights we had a great time, lovely pool and lovely outside space. The bedrooms were all great and beds really comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Television in every room which was great if you wished to chill out. Emerald Isle is lovely resort and dealing with Sri was easy and made everything go smoothly.

Great place, clean and we were treated nice by the host. It is close to I-4 with easy access to go to Universal. Disney World is about 5 minutes. Would love to come back and stay longer next time.

We had an unexpected experience with our original Airbnb, which was unfortunately dirty and unprepared for our arrival. Thankfully, Sri stepped in right away. From the moment we reached out, he was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely concerned about our comfort. He maintained constant communication through calls and texts, ensuring we felt supported and secure throughout the transition. The home we were placed in was exactly what we needed—clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Everyone in our family had their own room and bathroom, which made the stay even more comfortable. This villa was nice. It came equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. It’s also close walking distance to the community pool which was great for the guests staying in the house. I had two houses and the only caveat is this house is in “Phase 2” which is a good distance from the 6-7 bedrooms. Otherwise we really enjoyed Emerald Island and we will be returning in the future. I also want to add the Sri is amazing always available and on top of everything, my family really appreciated his services.

Nice Home; [Dory's Magic]
This is my second time staying at Emerald Island. Dory's Magic 7 is a really nice house. The game room was great for the kids although the projector didn’t work but we did not call as it was nota big deal for the kids. They enjoyed the pool table and other games. The house came equipped with almost everything we needed for the week. There was ample pots and pans and utensils, a lot of towels and washcloths. The house was clean upon arrival we just needed to add our own touches. It’s really spacious as well. The grill didn’t have any propane left in it and Sri had one delivered within the half-an-hour of calling him. The hot tub didn’t get hot and the pool was down for 2-3 days. Someone was there and fixed the issues. Otherwise my family loved this house and will be happy to rent it when we go back to Orlando area in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Simba Magic Villa in Emerald Island Resort! The home was beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after long days at the parks. Every room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, giving our whole group plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The private pool was a huge highlight—warm, inviting, and perfect for both morning dips and evening relaxation. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, and the gated community added an extra level of comfort. Best of all, the location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to Disney, Universal, shopping, and dining. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. We truly felt at home and will definitely be returning on our next Orlando trip. Highly recommend Simba Magic Villa for families and groups looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay!

Lovely Holiday; [Emerald Magic]
We had a lovely holiday in Emerald Magic. Very clean and well presented villa with large master bedrooms. We had a couple of issues which were sorted by management very quickly. The only thing that let the villa down was the pool furniture that could be replaced. It didn't affect our time there and we would be glad to return to this villa.

I highly recommend this property. Besides the exceptional communication and prompt attention to questions and concerns during check in, I cant rave enough about how safe Sri has made this home for families with children. I especially appreciated the safety locks preventing children from having access to get to the pool area along with the safety fence barricading the pool. Seeing this really put my mind at ease having a very busy 3 year old. My family enjoyed our time and wish we could have booked a longer stay. This community is located in a very nice area and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We definitely will booking again with this host in the very near future.

Fantastic Villa in a handy location; [Disney Magic]
We had a great stay, a couple of minor problems were fixed very quickly. The pool was marvellous, my grandchildren spent hours in it. The house is comfortably and comprehensively furnished. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, a boon for those with mobility difficulties. The estate it is situated on is well kept and secure, ideally situated for all major theme parks. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the close vicinity though a car is pretty important. Overall the villa represented excellent value for the 11 people in my party, it was considerably lower in price than equivalent properties from other agency. The manager (and owner) Sree, was helpful and accommodating, we will be booking again in a few years when my youngest grand daughter is a little older.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Our experience with and at the property - first the booking process was very quick and stress free. Everything was set up for us in the next few hours immediately after the booking process - when we arrived at the property the check-in process was smooth even though we checked-in after 10:00PM. Access to the property was easy as there was a lockbox for the key. Once inside the property was clean and organized. Owner provided all the instructions ahead of time on the property usage, guidelines per the association and there was no problem for us. Our kids enjoyed playing in the game room and we did use the pool once. We had 4 adults, 2 young adults and 2 kids. We found the kitchen sufficiently equipped with all the necessary appliances, silverware and dinner items. This helped us a lot so that we can make food and eat at the property instead of searching for food that we generally eat. Overall we have enjoyed our stay at the property which was economical compared to the hotels in the area. Property is like ~10-15 mins to Disney and ~30 mins Universal.

We had an excellent holiday in Florida, Emerald Island Resort is a beautiful resort and the Disney Magic villa is wonderful. It has everything we needed and more for our holiday. Very nicely decorated and furnished, spacious pool, fun games room, internet and everywhere very clean. It was so nice that we did not want to leave!! It was also just a short drive to Disney and Celebration and so many other attractions. Highly recommended.

Amazing House; [Dory's Magic]
This house was amazing for our group of 10 staying there. My only complaint would be there is no step to get into the hot tub, which made it difficult for my dad and grandfather to get in and out of. We also had one issue with the pool jets but Sri responded extremely fast and it was fixed immediately. I would highly recommend this house for a large group. Great service and would definitely stay there again. It's also very close to everything you need and or want.

While there isn't enough "room" to put steps in the spa (as they would take up the usable space of the spa drastically), we will look in to installing handrails soon. At some of the other villas we own and rent at "Emerald Island Rentals", we have these handrails that help. Just did not realize that we didn't have them at this villa.

What a great home, I've been booking with Airbnb for 5 years and stay all over. This by far has to be the best place for me and my family! Everything about this home is perfect, spacious, clean, perfect for large family's or just a couple of us. Anything you want Sri had, it accommodated my 7 year old, my 17 year old and my 22 year old, so much room and things to do at the house. I don't have to look for another place as long as I go to Disney. This will be my home away from home for as long as I come to Disney. Sri even suggested that we book with him direct on Emerald Island rentals site to save on 3rd party fees, which is what we will do going forward. Anyone who stays here will be glad and NOT disappointed. Highly recommend staying at Dory's Magic!

The location of the home is wonderful close to everything.The home is advertised just like the photos you won’t be disappointed. I had two small issues with garbage disposal and bathroom. We stayed here for 2 weeks prior to Easter with our grandchildren and I have to say it was perfect, from its location, to its size, the pool and the games room! The booking process was easy and Sri was so helpful during the process and came back immediately with answers to any questions. I have already recommended this property to a friend who is visiting Orlando next year and we would definitely use again when we visit again! An absolute beautiful and well maintained home just outside of the Disney parks and resorts. There were five of us staying and invited a friend of my daughters who lives in West Palm Beach to come up and join us for an evening. The house easily accommodated us! Lot's of local restaurants and even a grocery store all within a mile or so of the resort. Booking was easy and the whole process and experience was perfect. Thank you Sri, we will be back!

Dory's was the perfect house for our family of 16! Not once did we ever feel crowded. Everything was comfortable. Kitchen is awesome. Pool was used from daybreak on. This was our 8 year at Emerald. Sri is the best there is!

Disney Magic, Wow what an amazing place this was. We could not believe our luck. The place is beautiful - extremely clean and has a great private south facing pool area which was a big bonus. When we arrived at Emerald Island, we were pleasantly surprised. The House was as good if not better than it was advertised. We had 6 Adults and 5 children, ranging from 6 to 16. On the fourth day of our stay we asked the Kids witch day they liked the best so far and they commented that they like Sunday the best. That was the day we stayed at the house, swam & had a BBQ. They really enjoyed having the private pool. The Bedrooms were all excellent, Everyone had their own bathroom, and we would recommend it to everyone. We Give it (5 Stars).

Best Family Accommodations for Disney and Universal!; [Tropical Magic]
We have reserved homes with Emerald Island Rentals for several years and every experience has been excellent. Our most recent stay in March 2025 at Tropical Magic was our favorite home yet. The owner is fantastic - communication is prompt and he puts in the full effort to resolve any issues immediately. These rentals are perfect for a family vacation to Disney and Universal for providing a relaxing and peaceful space after returning home from the theme parks. Having a private pool and spa with an outdoor grill is very nice to cook a meal and eat outside enjoying the sound of the many songbirds that serenaded us this spring. The ride to Disney parks is about 10 minutes and Universal about 40 minutes. These homes are clean, well-maintained and the Emerald Island Resorts has beautiful landscaping, basketball court, shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball. This is the only place we will stay during our Orlando vacations, highly recommend!

Having stayed at Emerald Island for the last 18 years, booking direct for the stay is absolutely the way to go. The support, help and assistance is outstanding. You do not necessarily get this booking independently. We incurred some issues and Sri and the team were immediately on it. First class. Sri was 100% on it from the initial selecting and booking, right through to the end of the stay. Never had to wait for responses. Definitely feel valued as a customer. Thank you :)

Emerald Magic Review; [Emerald Magic]
Took the kids and grandkids to DisneyWorld and we couldn't have been happier with the rental. It is close to the parks so we were able to leave midday and relax and eat to save a few bucks. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and game room. The rooms were very nice. I would stay here again if we were to go to Disney again. Well worth the money compared to what it would have cost us for rooms at Disney for 11 people.

Great place to stay; [Tropical Magic]
This property suited our family perfectly! The pool and spa are great. Lots of space for everyone (9 of us). Close to all Disney parks, grocery shopping close by. There were plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms as well as extra blankets if needed. The games room is awesome! Sri always responds quickly if anything develops and looks after things in a timely manner.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE; [Pluto's Magic]
My family and I vacationed in Kissimmee and stayed in this amazing house. It was bright, clean, comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table very much. We had an issue on the first day but maintenance responded immediately. We also needed to extend our stay, which is not always possible with rentals, but we were very lucky. Thank you to everyone involved. I would highly recommend this place.

Ideal villa for large groups; [Simba's Magic]
Simba's Magic was a great place to stay for my group! The house was large enough that everyone had a place to sleep, while providing a quiet area for them to rest while preparing for events. The pool was a great add on. While the jets in the hot tub did not work on the last day for us, the pool was definitely an added plus. The house was also in a location that was really close to the ESPN complex so we could get their in a relative good time. I would recommend this to any group looking to stay somewhere for their Disney trip.

The house and location was great! It was very convenient to Disney. The neighborhood is secure and well maintained. I would recommend anyone to stay. We had a group of 14 people and everyone had plenty of space. Overall a great experience!
