Our Orlando townhome offers a comfortable holiday home away from home in the tropical surroundings of Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom fully air-conditioned town house sleeps up to 6, it's fully furnished and offers all the amenities that you expect in a rental home and more. It is the perfect place for relaxing after a day at one of the many attractions in the Disney area.
It is located within an easy stroll to the many resort facilities. In addition, Emerald Island Resort offers a variety of amenities that will make your holiday a memorable one.
Living Area
A very comfortable lounge area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is a small porch off the lounge for relaxing after a long day at the theme parks.

A relaxing area to sit together and enjoy a well earned rest after a hard day at the theme parks and to plan your next adventure.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster and all other essential items.
Master Bedroom 1
This en-suite bedroom has a king bed and a balcony with chairs for that early morning coffee watching the butterflies and birds. The room also has a flat-screen TV with DVD player and built-in wardrobe.
Master Ensuite
Fully equipped en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and ample towels.
Bedroom 2
Tis bedroom offers a Queen bed with built-in wardrobe, dresser and mirror, clock radio and a flat-screen television with DVD player.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom offers two twin beds, TV, bedside cabinet, lamp and a built-in wardrobe. This room is ideal for up to two kids.
Family Bathroom
There is a family bathroom upstairs shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.

Minnie's Magic villa is fully air-conditioned for the comfort of our guests. There is a high-chair for the little ones in the party. For your safety and comfort this villa has a non-smoking policy and does not accept pets. There is a Cable TV also in this villa.

A laundry room with a large load size washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and laundry basket.
Outside
There is a patio off the lounge/living area with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine and on the first floor, the balcony is the perfect place for unwinding after a day at the many attractions in the area. Parking spaces are available directly outside the home.
