Our Stay in Tropical Magic [Tropical Magic]
Our family of nine - six adults and three chiildren, grandparents, children and grandchildren, enjoyed our time at Emerald Island Tropical Magic.
The community is lovely and very well maintained. Having a secured entrance to the subdivision made us all feel comfortable.
The house was very spacious and well equipped. Lots of towels for using in the pool and ample bedding. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Having a washer and dryer was great.
There was access to tech throughout the house and was appreciated by everyone.
We had a few questions when we first arrived and had all of them answered very quickly.
The door to the patio/pool area is very large and heavy. It prevented the children from accessing the pool area which was a good thing but it was difficult to move even for the adults. Minor problem.
Not all the front light censors worked but it did not affect our stay.
Great place to stay with families or large groups.

Perfect space for our family of 7. Very comfortable. Great location! Our stay was impeccable - would have appreciated a few little extra amenities such as salt and pepper, coffee filters for example... but overall, the space was perfect for our needs. Vacation Stay in Emerald Island Resort, Florida [Tigger's Magic]
This is the first time my family has spent a Christmas / New Year vacation outside of Bermuda overseas and it was wonderful.
The house was exactly what we needed and it surpassed our expectations when we got there. It was clean and had everything I asked for; i.e. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen supplies and a pool. The location was also perfect as easy to find. The other areas were only 15 minutes away from Emerald Island Resort and the fun parks were close also. We will definitely look to rent another house in this resort and recommend this to our family and friends.

Pool in the back yard was great. Was a little cool when it was in the 40s over night. Was great when it warmed up a little. Will stay again in the coming years. The layout of the rooms was great for our family. We had 16 plus a infant.
Emerald Island Resort rental review [Emerald Magic]
Very enjoyable but hot tub/pool required some help before it worked. Light over BBQ worked intermittently only. But we enjoyed ourselves. We left a Christmas tree and a good frying pan.

The pool heat did not reach desired temperatures due to extremely cold night temperatures and rains for a few days, but after that, everything was fine. We thank the guests for leaving a frying pan though we would have bought it for the house had we been informed of a need. We left a lighter in the kitchen in case the complementary grill does not light-up with switch. We thank these guests for their stay and feedback.

Great location and perfect for our family get together. Sri was quick to respond to any questions we had. The game/movie room was definitely a bonus! We would definitely stay there again!

The home was absolutely beautiful and management there are great! The beds were extremely comfortable and the home was very clean. All appliances a fully functional, I honestly had no complaints.
Fantastic location, lovely villa [Tropical Magic]
We rented Tropical Magic as part of our holiday to America. We decided on the villa as it is in a fantastic location and proximity to a lot of shops, restaurants and of course the main attraction, Disney.
This was our 6th visit to Orlando and we have stayed in a variety of locations and always in a villa except the very first time. staying where we did this time saved us a fair bit of travelling and makes you feel like you are staying just outside the thick of it.
Emerald Island itself is a beautiful community. Everything is very well manicured, the streets are tree lined which is a very nice touch (something we have not had in may other communities), the entrance makes you feel a little like a superstar with its dolphin fountains and large arches. The security gates too give you the comfort of safety.
The villa itself was lovely. we chose the 6 bed as we had plans of meeting family from the UK in Orlando and we flew in from Australia. The UK part of the family had issues with visas which meant we had the villa all to ourselves. Four of us. Two boys aged 15 and 12 and my wife and I. My two boys now had the luxury of the King sized bed each and an en suite each too. Something they have never experienced before. The beds were extremely comfortable, the walk in wardrobes were a very good size and the whole house has a very nice feel about it.
We used the cinema room in the garage and set up the projector to watch some movies on the comfy chairs and I know I fell asleep during the movies due to the comfort of the chairs.
There is a lot of space to sit outside by the pool and the house has a bench plastic tub full of pool toys which presumably have been left by other guests. We had lilo races and enjoyed floating around on the pool on the inflatable flamingo and swan ( fell asleep again)
The kitchen has a good feel to it especially with the breakfast bar being so large. We utilized that very often while watching friends on the TV. The coffee machine also came in very handy and was lovely that it makes a full pot. there were actually two kettles in the kitchen, something I could see that would have been used a lot if the house was as full as wed planned so this was good to see.
All in all we had a great time and will definitely consider one of the villas in Emerald Island again when we visit next.
Expect exactly as advertised [Emerald Magic]
You can expect exactly what it says it has. Very nice, clean and spacious house. The house we stayed at had a big game room, from table games to TV games. The pool and jacuzzi area was clean and nice as well. The host Sri answers very fast and at some point even helped with getting us a bigger house that he thought would fit my group better. Will definitely be staying in his homes again in the future.

The home was very nice and clean. It was a pleasure arriving late and find everything perfect for us. We will certainly think of this house again in our future visits to Orlando.

Amazing Stay! [Lilo's Magic]
This was my family's second stay at this villa, we rented it in 2016 and couldn't think of a better place to stay for our return Disney vacation. Sri was amazing to work with, prompt and courteous regarding all our concerns. The home was spotless and well maintained. We loved the addition of the game room with pool table and our family enjoyed spending time there. The home had everything we needed and the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen made traveling with small children so much easier. On top of all of the other great features of the home is the location. We absolutely love the location of Emerald Island Resort. The resort community is gated and quiet but just a short drive from a variety of restaurants,shopping and of course Disney.
I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends and family!

We have just spent a magical fortnight in Orlando - the villa location and amenities were perfect for our family of 8 adults. Easy to get to all disney and universal parks with Walmart store nearby for all your supplies. Lots of space so we were never crowded and instant response to fix a light which wasn't working when we arrived

OMG!!! Syri(Sri) was awesome. We arrived earlier than anticipated and couldn't get in because the access is programmed for 4:00 pm. I called Syri and he contacted the manager (to check whether the house was inspected or not) and we were able to check in a little early. There were a few minor problems but he was on it right away. The pics were just like the house, AMAZING!!! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and will be renting again soon!!! Thanks for an wonderful 3 days!!! Stephanie S
Enjoyed our first trip to Orlando [Tigger's Magic]
My family of 6 spent 7 days at Tiggers Magic. The home was PERFECT. The house had plenty of space for all of us. It was clean, and bright. Of course the main feature for the kids was the pool. The screened in patio/pool made lounging outside comfortable at all times. Something I really appreciated was the pool being enclosed. I have twin 3 yr olds and they could not get to the pool without an adult. The doors to the back are also equipped with alarms. I would only suggest that the outdoor furniture get a good power wash or bleaching. Overall I would definitely return to Tiggers magic!

Disney Magic June 2018 Stay [Disney Magic]
House was everything we hoped for. Bedroom accommodations great. Kids enjoyed pool and game room. Location provided reasonable access to Disney parks and needed shopping. All necessary requirements for a a good stay (e.g., appliances) provided and worked very well.

My husband and I took our kids and the two granddaughters to Disney World and stayed at Simba's Magic. We were SO VERY HAPPY with the property! The house was well appointed, super comfortable, and the girls totally enjoyed the pool! We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation [Tropical Magic]
Our family had a wonderful vacation at tropical magic. The kids and grandkids had more fun at the house than at the parks. The house is well laid out and has planty of different spots for each member to relax on their own. The house was clean on arrival, and everything worked as it should. We felt safe in the community. This is a quiet area without much traffic. We plan to return next year. Thank you for having a magical place for our vacation

Disney Perfect [Emerald Magic]
Perfect location. Villa has excellent amenities for a large family holiday and is excellently located for Disney, Golf and all other major Orlando attractions.
Villa pool and barbecue area are ideal, family games room is an added bonus. Management response and attention to any issues is excellent.

We recently visited Disney for a 4-day vacation with our two 5-year-old granddaughters, son, and daughter-in-law. We originally booked Shades of Green as we are a military family. However, my son mentioned the Emerald Isle Resort area, staying there before for softball. We booked Timon's Magic and was not disappointed. Although the beds could use some updating, the house was comfortable and afforded all of the comforts of home. The house supplied all linens, plenty of pillows, cookware, etc., so there was nothing we needed to pack or buy other than food! After a full day of park fun, it was nice to come home to a hot shower and comfy bed to crash into. Booking was easy and the resort was safe and secluded from busy resort guests. There are pools and a tiki bar if you want to spend time at the resort itself. I will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful visit in Disney. Our home's proximity to the Disney's Animal Kingdom, the private pool, community pool and playground worked out beautifully.
Our Visit to Emerald Island [Rafiki's Magic]
We had a wonderful time at our villa, and so did our children and grandchildren. The villa was very spacious with many bedrooms, bathrooms, a game room, televisions, a dvd player, dvds, books, magazines, games, and a spacious kitchen and dining room.
We frequently used the heated, private pool. Our contact, Sri Gogineni, was extremely helpful and answered any questions immediately, whether we called or emailed. We certainly hope to return in the future.
Our Magical Florida Vacation [Emerald Magic]
This was not my first time staying in Emerald Island resort and definitely not my last. Originally I found their add in a Parent's Magazine, thinking if it is in that magazine it has to be a good place and I was not disappointed. The houses look as they do in the pictures, all are decorated beautifully and are equipped with everything you would need. We stayed in a six bedroom home with enough bathrooms for everyone. The private pool was amazing, the kids loved it and we were able to sit on the patio and watch them. Very relaxing, The garage/game room was also a plus. The homes are very clean and well maintained. The owner answered our inquiries promptly. Also, the location is great, only about 10 minutes from the parks, and what a relaxing place to come home to after an exhausting day. I can't say enough, I LOVE it there.

I am very happy to write about my stay at Mickeys Magic. We had a great vacation with my grandkids, it is a very good location to visit the theme parks and sports arenas.The management responded to my concerns and I found everything I needed in the villa. I recommend this villa, I would only recommend six people sleeping comfortably because the sofa does not work as an option

Excellent Stay [Dory's Magic]
I had 9 people with me visiting the Disney World parks between 2/22/18 and 2/25/18. First for a large group of people you can't beat the price of staying at one of these houses. This particular house had more than enough bedrooms and still cost a fraction of the cost if we booked a hotel inside of Disney. We could of easily fit 2 more families. It is conveniently located within a 10 minute drive of Disney and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. The place itself was clean and we didn't have any issues while we were there. The place has security when entering and leaving so you know you're in good hands. The place I stayed had a pool which looked lovely, but I spent most of my times at the park. I highly recommend staying here especially if you are going to Disney with a lot of people and staying multiple days.
Great villa, pool in a fantastic location [Simba's Magic]
The villa was in a fantastic location only 20 mins from Disney and about 35 mins from universal. The bedrooms were ample for our family of 12 including 7 adults and 5 kids. The pool was warm and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Emerald Island Resort 7-bed [Disney Magic]
We booked this magnificent house just two days prior to our trip. Sri G the manager of the property was very quick in his responses and answered any and all of the questions I had just as fast. It was a very smooth process and the two families that stayed in the beautiful home had the best time ever with all the amenities it had to offer. I would strongly recommend this home and any of the others that Sri G manages!!!!

This villa was situated very close to all theme parks and visitor interest sites. The home is well kept and the owner is very willing to make sure all your needs are met. the gated community makes you feel safe and the surrounding gardens are pristine. This will be our rental home for years to come.

All was well except.... [Emerald Magic]
All was very good with the exception of the heating of the water for the hot tub and pool. The instructions were followed explicitly but no heated water came out of the system. To the best of my knowledge, we paid an additional amount for hot water in advance. The last-minute upgrade to a better facility was most appreciated by our entire party. I am very grateful for your attention to detail and I hope to return to Emerald Island again. In addition, I will recommend your resort to all my associates in the Buffalo area as well.

We did an investigation into what happened as we were not aware of any issues with the pool heat until we saw the review as these guests did not inform us during their stay.
A phone call during their stay would have quickly and easily resolved the pool heat issue for them. As we investigated further, here is what we found: these guests were relocated to the Emerald Magic - 6 bed home as a result of a electric system failure at the 5 bedroom home they originally booked. As a result, we upgraded and moved these guests to this larger home at no additional cost. During this process, our local management company missed to put the pool heat ON. We expressed our regrets for this inconvenience and refunded the pool heat sum to these guests.

Emerald island is a great place to stay for a disney vacation. Been there twice and accomadation is to a good standard and location is excellent.
Sri the owner of the villas we stayed at is very helpful and accomadating also very swift with any info or problems.

My family and I gathered from across the globe and all over the U.S. at this wonderful house. It was very comfortable, spacious and cozy at the same time. Very well kept and well appointed. We had a total of 10 people in our group, the house could accommodate more. Very clean! Most importantly, it was exactly as advertised.

2017 Family Christmas Vacation Homes [Emerald Magic]
We spent our 2017 family Christmas Vacation at the Emerald Magic and Disney Magic II properties. We found the accommodations to be warm and inviting and very family-friendly. Everyone from our 92 year old grandmother to the 20 something young adults enjoyed the stylish decor. The children loved the game room and the Disney themes throughout the properties but the overall winner was the heated pool (complete with water wings and pool toys) and not to mention the colored pool lights for late night swims.
The gated community felt safe and the property management team was very accommodating. We would highly recommend these properties and look forward to visiting them again.

Great location [Dory's Magic]
We stayed at Sri's Place for couple of nights and we had a lot of fun time there. The place was exactly same as it looks in the pictures. It was clean and tidy and had all we needed . We love the game room and the living room area the most . Sri was quick in responding to our queries . So I would say it was great to be there . And I would definitely like to stay again there and highly recommend his place.
