Living Room
Enjoy an amazing and relaxing holiday in this private and spacious Orlando area vacation home. Feel comfortable and relaxed in the main living area which has been tastefully furnished. The room has two large sofa and love seat, coffee table, intimate lighting and entertainment center with flat-screen TV, DVD, CD player. This is an ideal space to relax when you are not busy at the Orlando attractions or outside enjoying the warm and sunny Orlando, Florida weather by the spacious pool area. The sofa in this room also converts a bed for additional sleeping accommodation.
Formal Dining Area
Conveniently located at the end of the family room, this room offers seating for six. This area overlooks the spacious and adjoining family room. This is an ideal spot to gather around with the rest of your family over a home-cooked meal to discuss the day's activities and bond with each other. Dining in the privacy of your own vacation home will allow you that quality time without the noise and interruptions that a restaurant can cause. If you are not up to cooking, you can always visit one of the many local restaurants or even get a take-out.
Kitchen and Nook
Fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, blender, toaster and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or ala carte meal.
Centrally located at the end of the excellent kitchen bar with a view over the pool/spa and conservation area at the rear of your home. A good place to eat together as a family.
First Master Suite
This bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite. The room has a flat-screen TV as well. There is also a walk-in closet. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.
Second Master Suite
This bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite and has a large closet. The room has a flat-screen TV as well.
Third Bedroom
This bedroom has two twin beds and closet space and is ideal for kids of any age.
Fourth Bedroom
This bedroom has two twin beds and closet space and is a perfect choice for two kids.
Family Bathroom
The third and fourth bedrooms share a family bathroom that is centrally located.
Laundry Facilities
Our villa has fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer (located in the garage) and ironing facilities.So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.
Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a high chair, these are all provided free of charge.
Game Room/Garage
If you want fun, enjoy the garage that has been converted as a game-room with ping-pong table.
Pool/Spa Area
This vacation rental has a private south-facing pool/spa with a child safety fence and is fully screened. With the optional pool heating you can be assured that the pool is warm even in colder months. If you like to enjoy the Florida sunshine, head-out to the pool and relax in a pool chair or lounger. This villa has the pool facing south side, meaning there is plenty of sun in the pool area for the entire day. The pool/spa or spa alone can be heated optionally for an added fee.
