What Our Guests Say
On arrival Emerald Island Resort has beautiful surroundings and is very clean and well presented. On arrival at Tigger's Magic , we were a little disappointed initially, we felt it looked a bit tired compared to other villas we have stayed in. The pool area was lovely and a great size for all the guests. However, it was generally well equipped. We had a problem with the shower and contacted Sri , who answered straight away and sorted for some one to come in ASAP. Sri was always contactable and very prompt with correspondence from initial booking, and answering any queries we had. We had a lovely holiday, and overall did enjoy staying at Tigger's Magic .
We loved the villa, the beds were really comfortable and the facilities were brilliant. We enjoyed a very very busy two weeks and it was a pleasure to come home exhausted every night to our comfortable villa. It was our first stay at Emerald Island Villas but it will not be our last. Tigers magic was a very nice comfortable home there were a little bit of fixing that could be done for future guests like the sliding doors to the master bathroom kept coming off the wheels and needed some wd40. Also there was no light inside our pool if we wanted to swim at night. But overall it was pleasant and we will definitely stay in this villa.
