Emerald Island Resort Kissimmee/Orlando Florida - Guest Reviews

On arrival Emerald Island Resort has beautiful surroundings and is very clean and well presented. On arrival at Tiggers Magic , we were a little disappointed initially, we felt it looked a bit tired compared to other villas we have stayed in . The Master bath room was very small and not very clean , there was rust around the lights , couple of cracked tiles , and toilet seat definitely needs replacing.! The pool area was lovely and a great size for all the guests . Generally well equipped. We had a problem with the shower and contacted Sri , who answered straight away and sorted for some one to come in ASAP . Sri was always contactable and very prompt with correspondence from initial booking, and answering any queries we had . We had a lovely holiday , and overall did enjoy staying at Tiggers Magic .

After a terrible experience in the airport with our reserved car rental not being available, we were forced to take an uber in the wee hours of the morning to Tigers Magic. At this point, I was so worried something else would go wrong especially since it was so late and we had four small children in tow. It was the most comforting and happy relief to arrive at Emerald Island and be courteously greeted at the gate with directions and welcome to our villa. We had no trouble entering with the provided key code and the house was beautiful, neat as a pin and so very welcoming. The rest of our 10 day vacation here was the best. The safe, open concept was perfect for the kids and visiting amongst our large group and the bedrooms were configurated perfectly with bathrooms to provide a good balance for privacy as well. The water/shower pressure was fantastic, it was a life saver having the washer and dryer and kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to save time and money preparing some of our meals there. The pool and spa were wonderful as we had a pretty warm visit and we used it every day to cool down and relax. Additionally, Sri was helpful when we had some questions with a stroller rental that ended up working out perfectly. Thank you so much! We will be back!

We had a great week here. The home was clean and close to everything. I recommend this home for any event near the attractions - we had a wedding and it fit great for our family. Great communication with the owner also. A+

Stayed at a 4 Bedroom Villa - Tiggers Magic, with my husband and four kids. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends and families for their Orlando trips.

The Emerald Island Resort has to be the best location for the Disney and Universal stay. Less than 6 miles from Animal Kingdom and a beautiful safe resort. Tigger's Magic was every bit as good as our previous villas in the resort that Sri has arranged for us - we will be back soon and will look no further than Emerald Island Rentals who are courteous, efficient and attentive. Tiggers magic is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! One thing that I searched for when returning to emerald Island was a home that was safe for the average curious toddler and this home nails it! Our little ones could be free to roam this home because the furnishings and layout were perfect! I felt at home and worry free!

Great location, very safe and quiet.

The 4 bedroom house was perfect for our party of 4 adults.The house location was extremely quiet and centrally located for our adventures and the airport.We would definitely consider this same location for future vacations.

Owner was pleasant and easy to work with from booking until vacation. House was pleasant, clean and comfortable...Only recommendations are to bring beach towels as only 2 were in the house for use with pool...We will definitely be back!

This is the first time my family has spent a Christmas / New Year vacation outside of Bermuda overseas and it was wonderful. The house was exactly what we needed and it surpassed our expectations when we got there. It was clean and had everything I asked for; i.e. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen supplies and a pool. The location was also perfect as easy to find. The other areas were only 15 minutes away from Emerald Island Resort and the fun parks were close also. We will definitely look to rent another house in this resort and recommend this to our family and friends.

My family of 6 spent 7 days at Tiggers Magic. The home was PERFECT. The house had plenty of space for all of us. It was clean, and bright. Of course the main feature for the kids was the pool. The screened in patio/pool made lounging outside comfortable at all times. Something I really appreciated was the pool being enclosed. I have twin 3 yr olds and they could not get to the pool without an adult. The doors to the back are also equipped with alarms. I would only suggest that the outdoor furniture get a good power wash or bleaching. Overall I would definitely return to Tiggers magic!

Emerald island is a great place to stay for a disney vacation. Been there twice and accomadation is to a good standard and location is excellent. Sri the owner of the villas we stayed at is very helpful and accomadating also very swift with any info or problems.

We had a fantastic time in our rental this past week. The rooms and amenities were great. The location was really fantastic, very close to many restaurants, shopping, and all Disney parks. We loved the gated community and the community pool and hot tub. The pool at our house was great (once the weather warmed up) and the house layout couldn't have been better for our two families. 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 10 fit very comfortably in this home. I'd highly recommend it and would look to rent it again if we return to the area. Can't beat the price for a fantastic location and comfortable home.

From the time we arrived to the day we left were really impressed. The house was everything that was shown on the pictures and more! Loved our stay...will defiantly recommend Emerald Island/Sri to all our friends and family. After a long day we/grandkids really enjoyed the comfort of our own pool. This home provided a great place for our family stay in Orlando. Our kids loved the pool. This is a nice neighborhood and probably one of the closest to Disney. The neighborhood is gated and beautiful. Sri was very responsive to any questions that we had. For the price, I think this house is hard to beat. Very good value! Thank you Sri for everything. We would come back.

Tigers magic was a very nice comfortable home there were a little bit of fixing that could be done for future guests like the sliding doors to the master bathroom kept coming off the wheels and needed some wd40. Also there was no light inside our pool if we wanted to swim at night. But overall it was pleasant and we will definitely stay in this villa.

We loved the villa, the beds were really comfortable and the facilities were brilliant. We enjoyed a very very busy two weeks and it was a pleasure to come home exhausted every night to our comfortable villa. It was our first stay at Emerald Island Villas but it will not be our last. My family and I stayed with Emerald Island for our family vacation one (1) week ago. The vacation home was marvelous and my children simply loved the pool. When we arrived at the home there was a few challenges but with 1 phone call maintenance came right over and handled the situation. In retrospect we will return to Emerald Island for future vacations.

I stayed at this villa for three weeks during July and August 2016 with my husband, my son his wife and two boys aged 12 and 15. The contact I had with Sri while organizing our holiday was all positive. He replied to all my queries immediately in a professional, helpful, friendly manor. Payment was simple and directions to the villa were easy to follow. On arrival we were not disappointed. Emerald Island is a gated community with good security. The villa was spacious with lots of room for the six of us, comfortable and clean and provide everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There were lots of fluffy white towels and a change of sheets for each bed. The boys enjoyed the table tennis and the pool area which is south facing so gets the sun all day. It was lovely, so we made good use of it every day and the gas BBQ provided us with some lovely alfresco meals after long days in the parks. Tigger's Magic is situated perfectly, it only took us 15 mins to get to any of the Disney parks and about 30 mins to Universal. There are lots of good restaurants just mins away on the 192 as well as a supermarket to buy the steaks for that BBQ! A couple of days after we returned home I had an e-mail from Sri thanking us for our custom which I thought was lovely. As a family we were very happy and comfortable staying at Tigger's Magic and would not hesitate to book this villa again through Sri. Thank you Sri for all your help to make our dream holiday really special.

We enjoyed a wonderful week's stay at Tigger's Magic. The house was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the pool and patio were delightful! I just wish we could have stayed longer! We spent most of our time at the Disney Parks and I would have loved a few days just hanging by the pool! Sri was a kind and organized property owner and I would absolutely rent from him again.
