Beautiful spacious home in a quiet Gated Community [Disney Magic]
We were in Florida for the National Pop Warner Football finals. I was able to rent this home on short notice (one week) and was pleasantly surprised it was beautifully maintained and well stocked. Sri was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had several children with us of various ages and they were all kept occupied in the game room. Pool never really got warm but we did read the literature and wasn't expecting bath water but the pool and spa at the clubhouse was comfortable. Had a great time and would definitely rent again great value for your money. Also is very close to all the attractions just a short drive to any park you plan to visit.

We have been coming to Kissimmee, Florida for the Florida Classic for the last 5 years and has stayed in emerald Isles in this same house for four years .It has always been a blast!. We saved lots of money by renting this home because In the past we rented hotels for a family of 14 and spent over $**** for hotels and $800.00 on food at resturants. We save money on food because we buy grocery and cook at the house and barbecue with a private pool for the kids and game room they enjoyed very much. Emerald isle Vacation homes is the place to stay. My husband and brothers go to the game in Orlando and it only 20 minutes away. We had plenty of space and private rooms with enough bathrooms to accommodate us. Our family member's from Orlando and Tampa came to visit us for the barbecue and had no problems at all. We respect the owner property and always treat the home as we treat our own home. Thanks Mr. Sir. We will be renting your home again next year. What a deal! Everything was as advertised. House was extremely clean, pool was fantastic. But let's be honest, the location is second to none. When it takes you less than five minutes to get to Disney's front gate, you know your close! Nothing but great things to say about the property. The gated community is an added bonus, it gives you peace of mind knowing that you need a pass to get in. To sum up, I will stay here every time I visit the Orlando area. Sri was amazing answering all of our questions and even supplying directions and tips. Thank you so much Sri for allowing us into your home.

We Just got back after staying at Mickey's Magic for 9 days. It was absolutely a wonderful stay. The townhouse was beautiful, extremely clean and minutes from all the Disney parks. The area itself has everything you would need, plenty of restaurants and stores and the resort is nice and quiet. We have already booked another house with a group of friends of ours to stay at one of Sri's properties in June of 2014 and we cannot wait. The resort is first class and so is Sri. I would highly recommend staying at one of Sri's properties, once you get back to your car in any Disney lot you are back to emerald island in ten minutes, it was great!! Thank you Sri for a wonderful stay at Mickey's Magic and we are looking forward to our stay at Disney Magic in June

House was great a real home from home and a great base from which to visit all the parks. This was our second visit and we loved it. Parks one day and lazing about the pool the next. The house is clean and well provided with all that you could need. We will be back again and again.

Disney Magic II, Wow what an amazing place this was. We could not believe our luck. The place is beautiful - extremely clean and has a great private south facing pool area which was a big bonus. Games room is the best we have ever seen - Really enjoyed our stay and big thanks to the owners for all the help given - this is the Villa for us - we will be back for sure!!
Best option for Orlando! [Disney Magic]
We stayed at the 7-bedroom (Disney Magic) villa in Emerald Island - great place! It's clean, well-furnished, and close to the parks. The pool was cool and refreshing and the beds provided a full-nights rest. The fully equipped kitchen and proximity to various supermarkets made a real impact on our meal expense and nourishment levels.

We had an excellent holiday in Florida, Emerald Island Resort is a beautiful resort and the Disney Magic II villa is wonderful. It has everything we needed and more for our holiday. Very nicely decorated and furnished, spacious pool, fun games room, internet and everywhere very clean. It was so nice that we did not want to leave!! It was also just a short drive to Disney and Celebration and so many other attractions. Highly recommended.

Disney Magic II in Emerald Island Resort is a spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated villa in an upmarket gated development. Close to amenities yet quiet and secluded being a gated estate. Impressive games room for the kids...and adults. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

The house was beautiful, and so conveniently located. Ten minutes or so to Disney attractions, gated community (felt very safe), minutes from a grocery store and restaurants. If we return to Florida, we will stay in this same place for sure!

We rented this house (Tropical Magic) for our family and 2 of our other friends (and their kids). We had 6 kids between the ages of 10 months and 5 years. It was perfect and very clean. What I found to be the best part was that each couple had their own room with a private bath! We've stayed in another home similar to this in the neighborhood, but wasn't the same room configuration. Makes a huge difference when you have 4 master suites with private baths. Overall, the entire place was very well kept up - clean pool, kitchen, bathrooms. Great play / theater room, but we didn't have a chance to enjoy it. It was super easy to get to all of the Disney parks and restaurants/food/grocery are all around the corner. Thanks for the great home and ease of booking! Definitely will rent again.
Only problem was having to leave it to go back home [Disney Magic ll]
We arrived at the Disney Magic II Villa tired and exhausted so it was great to see that we had chosen a really nice Villa - you can never be sure from just pictures. This place is a definitely a notch above other Villas we have stayed at in the area. Everything was there and the pool deck and games room is something else. We also liked the private aspect where the owners have planted around the sides of the pool. We all had a really fantastic holiday thanks to this place - only problem was having to leave it to go back home.
Had a great time for 4 weeks in Pluto's Magic villa [Pluto's Magic]
Had a 4 week holiday in Florida and couldn't of picked a better place to stay. We stayed in the 4 bedroom Pluto's Magic villa and I must say if I had the money I would buy one of these villas. The resort they are on is second to none and the villa was outstanding. Will DEFIANTLY be return and recommending to others.

We are Disney World veterans who decided to stay off property for our recent trip. We stayed at Mickey's Magic and were very pleased with the accommodations. It was clean, comfortable and more than convenient...less than 10 minutes from leaving the property to parking at most Disney properties. Tropical Magic was up there, being one of the best [Tropical Magic]
Having stayed in many excellent villas before, Tropical Magic was up there, being one of the best. Roomy, bright and excellent swimming area with many chairs etc. We liked the fact it was within secure surroundings, security at the gates. Sri, the owner was very professional and dealt with any query promptly and efficiently. Will certainly consider staying there again in the future.
Charming villa in an amazing resort! [Mickey's Magic]
Mickey's Magic was such a charming villa and the resort itself was amazing. There were so many things for us to do in Orlando, but staying at the resort and using the pools and the clubhouse was, in itself, a fantastic part of our vacation. We will definitely stay there again.

Spacious and beautiful home with fantastic pool [Disney Magic]
There were 16 of us and we all had a great week. The house was spacious and beautiful. The pool was fantastic. We were very comfortable and close to Disney. We could go to Disney, come back for dinner and return for the night shows. It was great! There was plenty of things to do for the kids.
House (Tropical Magic) is in excellent condition [Tropical Magic]
We enjoyed our Disney vacation in Tropical Magic villa. The first half we stayed at Polynesian in Disneyworld. It was nice but the kids actually enjoyed staying at your home more. Great game room and the pool was nice in afternoon for break from theme parks. House in excellent condition and most important to me was that it was very clean. We had question and Sri got back to us immediately. Top notch. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.
Emerald Magic house was exactly as described by the owner [Emerald Magic]
Loved the Emerald Magic guest house. The house was *exactly* as described and we enjoyed the gameroom and pool immensely. We were able to get into the resort and the house exactly as described on the day of arrival - no issue, no hassle. We ran into a minor maintenance problem which was addressed immediately by calling the maintenance company, who were polite and responsive. Sri Gogineni is wonderfully responsive and has been great to work with. I would never consider staying in a hotel again in Orlando with a family - renting this house, with easy proximity to the parks and having such a responsive, honest owner who ensured that what we paid for was what we got made our vacation simply wonderful!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We stayed 2 weeks at Mickeys Magic. House was very clean and better than expected. Beds were very comfie. Fantastic neighborhood and pool. Super close to everything. Sri was very easy and professional to work with and made the entire process simple. Highly recommend

The house (Disney Magic) was as much a delight as Disney World itself. In fact, my son stayed at the house instead of going to Disney World 2 of the 6 days we went. I thought I would have a problem with the alarm but soon got use to it. Everyone (12 of us) slept great on the beds and the game room was so much better than the one we stayed in last year in Indian Creek. Thanks to Sri for answering all of our questions. We had a great time and when we go back, we plan to stay here again.

We just got back (May 2013) from a stay at Emerald Magic 6 bedroom villa and had a wonderful stay. The house was even better then expected when we arrived. Nice welcoming touches everywhere. Lots of towels, some pool toys, even a blender for smoothies. The owner sent lots of excellent directions via e-mail that were really helpful especially his hot tips. Management company was very responsive while we were there and owner always got back to us promptly if we had any questions. Good location close to Disney and lots of shopping at hand. Give this a 10/10
Fantastic Place to stay! [Minnie's Magic]
The owners were very helpful in booking the property and giving myself information on the local area. The property is a fantastic place to stay! We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to others. The property was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is really close to all of the Theme Parks - we drove to Hollywood Studios and it only took us 8 minutes, Animal Kingdom only took us about a 12 minute drive. The pool is within a short walking distance. Great Place to stay.

Emerald Island home (Tropical Magic) was an awesome house for our trip to Orlando. We were there for business and having 4 master bedrooms with private baths worked great. Everything was great and Sri was quick to answer my questions every I contacted him before we arrived. Would highly recommend!

Perfect accommodation in Orlando [Tropical Magic]
My family and I enjoyed our stay in the 6 bedroom house. It as very comfortable, well kept and affordable :) loved the fact that there is a 24 hour guard and the security systems that are in place at the home. Great location also, not far from parks and shops :) Thank You

The house was perfect for our needs (3 kids 11, 8 & 2) and was nice and clean. Awesome location, close to everything. Wifi added benefit. Didn't want to leave. Definitely we be returning! Thanks!!!!

We stayed one week at Emerald Magic in January 2013. The house was absolutely wonderful as was the whole Emerald Island Resort. The owner of the house, Sri, was very helpful with phone calls and emails at appropriate times before our trip. He even emailed us very organized information about the property, including what we needed to know to check in, check out, etc. Everything went very smoothly. The house was very clean (and, I'm VERY picky about that). It was very roomy so that 11 of us could spread out. The heated pool and spa were thoroughly enjoyed by all of us, as well. I particularly liked the high security measures taken at this resort. There is a 24 hour guard posted at the gated entrance. The house had a keyed entry and a security alarm. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. The resort is beautifully landscaped, and I just wish we would've had more time there to just walk around and enjoy it.
Disney Magic was a big part of a great holiday in Orlando [Disney Magic]
We stayed at the Emerald Island Rentals property "Disney Magic" last year. We really enjoyed our stay - the neighborhood is a great oasis from the activity level at Disney and the house is fun for kids and adults alike. Clean and well maintained, and equipped with everything, Disney Magic was a big part of a great holiday in Orlando. Best Features? Pool and deck are great, and rooms are spacious an comfortable. Neighborhood is clean and safe. Games room was a hit with the kids. Place is decorated nicely and clean. Sri is very responsive and we are looking forward to staying at Sri's place in the future.

Exactly as described [Minnie's Magic]
Let me start by saying that the owner is a joy to work with, prompt responses to all questions etc, which is important when trying to find suitable accommodation. The resort on which the property is based is perfect for those wanting to get to Disney as fast as possible as it is very close, we found it convenient for Downtown Disney/Disney Boardwalk/Watching the fireworks for free at the Florida or visiting Celebration, it is not too far from the other parks or the airport either..It is a well-tended resort, in a gated community with clubhouse facilities and good pool areas. Also this villa is on one of the best streets, big expanse of green out front so not overlooked with parking outside the door and the back faces south ensuring all day sunshine, it also faces a conservation area so apart from the raccoons, it is very private. Having a washer/dryer is a boon, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything to do our own meals. There were plenty of towels and bedding so no need to wait around for things to get washed and dry to remake beds etc. Even though for most of the time there were only the two of us, having the extra bedrooms was great, room to spread out and store items and the rooms are a decent size, for families. A minor problem with the porch light was dealt with by the management almost as soon as I put down the phone. If you are looking for a place to party the night away, then this is not for you, but if you want peace and tranquility after a hard day at the parks or in the hot tub then give this place a try, you will not regret it. It is also a very reasonably priced rental. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to our next visit.
