This vacation rental was very nice. Very clean and was actually updated even nicer than the photos. Had all the amenities we needed. Bed was comfortable. The area was very quiet. Close to the Disney parks, and restaurants. Our booking agent was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Just spectacular! Do the math, for 10-20 dollars more a night you can stay in a townhouse! We stayed at Emerald a year ago, and this year I was still awed by how well kept this resort is. I think a baseline for comparison is Disney parks and properties. Emerald Island is right up to those standards without a doubt. Have no hesitation, Sri is great to work with in booking, and the service and support while you are there is top notch. How many times have you looked online at places and when you get there you wonder where it was they took the pictures for their websites? I can tell you this place looks like the pictures!

My family has taken a vacation after Christmas in the Kissimmee/Orlando area right after Christmas for the past 24 years. 10 years ago we discovered Emerald Island Resorts and staying on the property had been such an important part of making our vacation complete. This year we stayed at a property called Minnie's Magic. We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The home had everything we needed to relax and feel like we were right at home. We enjoyed being able to eat in and keep our laundry up to date! Just driving into the gated community makes you feel secure and we love the dolphin waterfall feature at the entrance. This was our first time renting from Emerald Island Rentals. We can't say enough about how great the communication was. They even sent us a Christmas card right before our upcoming trip thanking us for being a customer. We got the wrong code to the WIFI and they responded immediately to our email with the correct code which made our children very happy!. We will definitely use Emerald Island Rentals next year and highly recommend the Minnie's Magic property! Thank you for making our 24th vacation a success!!!! See you next year!!!!! The place was so beautiful with trees and nice landscape. The rental property was very clean, We stayed for 3 days, the experience was so good. It is very easy to get anything because this is in very convenient place. Close to WALMART, TARGET and what not. If you are going as a group please consider this, you can cook and eat with all family and friends.

The condo was very nice. Very close to Disney. Was nice to have room to move around and not be stuck in a small hotel room. Would stay there again.

It only took us 15 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom! We have three kids under 8 and this condo was a perfect fit for all of us and the owner was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the third time over the last two years, that my wife and I stayed in this townhome. Eight nights this time, and again to our full satisfaction. We liked the new furniture, as well as the new swipe-card for the automatic gate. Emerald Island is a very nice community, well kept, and with friendly staff. We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay in a perfect location. As always, the owner was very responsive and accommodating. We will certainly recommend this townhome to family and friends.

The owners were very helpful in booking the property and giving myself information on the local area. The property is a fantastic place to stay! We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to others. The property was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is really close to all of the Theme Parks - we drove to Hollywood Studios and it only took us 8 minutes, Animal Kingdom only took us about a 12 minute drive. The pool is within a short walking distance. Great Place to stay.

Let me start by saying that the owner is a joy to work with, prompt responses to all questions etc, which is important when trying to find suitable accommodation. The resort on which the property is based is perfect for those wanting to get to Disney as fast as possible as it is very close, we found it convenient for Downtown Disney/Disney Boardwalk/Watching the fireworks for free at the Florida or visiting Celebration, it is not too far from the other parks or the airport either..It is a well-tended resort, in a gated community with clubhouse facilities and good pool areas. Also this villa is on one of the best streets, big expanse of green out front so not overlooked with parking outside the door and the back faces south ensuring all day sunshine, it also faces a conservation area so apart from the raccoons, it is very private. Having a washer/dryer is a boon, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything to do our own meals. There were plenty of towels and bedding so no need to wait around for things to get washed and dry to remake beds etc. Even though for most of the time there were only the two of us, having the extra bedrooms was great, room to spread out and store items and the rooms are a decent size, for families. A minor problem with the porch light was dealt with by the management almost as soon as I put down the phone. If you are looking for a place to party the night away, then this is not for you, but if you want peace and tranquility after a hard day at the parks or in the hot tub then give this place a try, you will not regret it. It is also a very reasonably priced rental. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to our next visit.
