This was our first time renting a home for our family vacation. Pluto Magic is a must-stay. We had a great time! The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Emerald Island is located in the heart of everything that you need. I want to thank Sri G for all of the accommodations during our stay. I love how the process of the rental was efficient and seamless. Our family truly enjoyed this treat. We are looking forward to staying again.

The house was comfortable for our family and friends, we were traveling with an 81 old mother who felt very much at home. All by all a very nice experience. We did not have to much time to make use of the pool but it was nice.

We love Emerald Island Rentals. We come every year to stay with them in November. This year was extra special. We got to experience all the Christmas theme and decor that they had to offer. Once a again a great time staying and look forward to more years to come.
Successful moms getaway! [Timon's Magic]
This was our first stay at EIR, everything was as excepted! We absolutely loved the house, it was everything we needed and more. Clean and cozy. Everything worked perfectly, felt safe within the resort as it was gated. Very short walk to the pool. Staff was friendly. Nice area to walk around and enjoy the outdoors and beautiful landscaping. Will definitely be back and without a doubt would stay at Timon's Magic again. Never needed to contact host as things went smoothly. Emails prior to our stay explained what we needed. Thank you for a fun, affordable place to stay for our moms weekend!

Thanks again for allowing us to rent your home. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The home was beautiful and fitting for my family. Although some things in the house could use some updating such as: coffee maker, TVs we’re small and games room was out dated.. Over all I loved it a we will be booking again for our next Vacation!

Beautiful house and very close to all the parks we went to… very spacious and clean… if you have any issues the management team responds immediately!! I loved the gated community and all the people who work there are super nice too!!! All shops and restaurants are very close also… we loved the house… we called it “home” for the week we were there… would definitely rent for the next vacation!!!

Super responsive host and a great house [Emerald Magic]
Three of the best features of this home are its location, the game room activities, and its size. This home needs a little TLC, but we found it a great place to stay. Sri is very responsive and a great host

We also have new dining set on order for the formal dining area. And, we are redoing the pool surface this month - it is going to be gorgeous with all new pool tiles and swimming dolphins etched at the bottom of the pool. Super responsive host and a great house [Emerald Magic]
This is a great house to spend a vacation at. Clean and well stocked with all the amenities we needed to have a great vacation. The host was super responsive and checked in on us during our stay. Close to all the parks, both Disney and Universal. Walmart and Starbucks less than two miles away. Resort is Uber and Door Dash friendly. We will be back!
Best idea for a big family! [Emerald Magic]
I can honestly say that staying at the Emerald Island Rentals was the best idea there was especially for a big family like mine, everything was perfect. Everyone had their own rooms there was privacy and by the same token we were together as a family. it was a home away from home all the amenities needed were available and then some very centralized all the stores needed were 5 min away and a 20 min drive to the parks. It was really great my grown kids loved every minute of it. Definitely recommend it and will be doing it again.
Wonderful Choice!! [Marlin's Magic]
THIS place right here!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Little background. We had 5 people, originally got a hotel, cancelled it after finding this place for roughly $100.00 more. One room hotel for 5 people, OR an entire Townhome!!! This place was clean, equipped, and PERFECT for all of our needs. We had two balconies to unwind at night, enough space for all of us. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and the people were GREAT to work with. WILL never stay anywhere else but this resort. VERY convenient to all the Disney Parks, yet just off the beaten path. Plenty of Restaurants, shopping, very close. Wildside BBQ was an amazing place to eat, as well as Bahama Breeze after a day at the parks!!

Very nice property [Dory's Magic]
The property is very nice. Enjoyed our stay. Two adults and three teens and we had plenty of room. The teens enjoyed the pool and the theater room, with a pool table. Had a minor glitch but the owner was quick to respond and fix the problem. I would recommend.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay very much it was like being at home but a little bit better. This house gave you everything a five star resort would give you but with the feeling of being in the comfort of your own home.

I stayed at Pluto's Magic with my family for 10 nights. It is a beautiful home. Pluto's Magic was clean and very cozy. Home Away From Home [Dory's Magic]
This home is beautiful, very spacious, clean, and most of all comfortable. Only minutes from Disney World and shopping centers. I highly recommend.
Beautiful house near Orlando theme parks [Dory's Magic]
This is a beautiful house and it was every thing I expected just minor things that had to be adjusted but the owner sent the manager and it was handled immediately. Also when you come in please make sure you have cash because you do have to purchase a gate key to get in and out of the resort. This is something that owner forgot to tell us and you have to have exact change and it is $10.00 per car and you will get it back after your stay.

The Welcome Package A which we send to all guests well in advance of the arrival states "There is a $10 refundable deposit for each DAC (Dolphin Access Card) and you will need exact amount." We wish the Club House makes the change, but they do not.

My family really enjoyed our time at Tropical Magic. We especially loved the pool and the movie room. Our compliments to the owner, Sri, who always answers his phone if you have questions, and to the property managers, who are the nicest couple.

Everything was great. The only thing was the thermostat staying at 78 upstairs during the day. Any other issues were immediately addressed by owner. Great Vacation!!!
Owner Response: Jerome was a pleasure to have at Emerald Magic. We are sorry that the thermostat was not decreasing the temperature. After we heard this, we immediately checked and found that the freon levels were low. We have since filled it up, and the thermostat is in perfect working condition. Here at Emerald Island Rentals we pride ourselves in being available for our guests at all times, so we wish these guests told us about the thermostat during their stay.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the property was very convenient to Disney and ESPN WWS. The house had all the amenities and lots of space for us to spread out. The property manager Sri was a great communicator and easy to work with.
Beautiful Villas - Will stay here again in the future [Tigger's Magic]
Stayed at a 4 Bedroom Villa - Tiggers Magic, with my husband and four kids. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends and families for their Orlando trips.

Emerald Island 5 bedroom villa [Stitch's Magic]
We recently stayed at the property for 8 days 7 nights. Overall the stay was good. Check in process was smooth, communication was good and price was awesome. The location is good for Disney and non Disney events. Any minor issues were handles quickly and I plan to book another vacation next year.

Awsome home in Emerald Island Resort [Tropical Magic]
House was awesome and met all our expectations and then some. Our 3 kids loved sleeping in king sized beds all to themselves. Pool and hot tub were very enjoyable.

Clean villa! [Emerald Magic]
It was very clean and photos were not deceiving. The people I dealt with on the phone were great. Waitress at clubhouse pool was so nice. Downfall - kitchen was not well equipped. Pans were a bit old and not many wash rags or potholders. Our stay was wonderful (there will always be things that could have been better) We would definitely come again.

We enjoyed our stay and the owner (Sri) was tremendous to deal with. VERY close to the parks (much closer than past homes we've stayed at). We inadvertently left some clothes in the dryer upon departure and owner was so helpful in getting them returned to us. Highly recommend.

My family and I rented this house as a vacation. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The pool was a lot of fun! Sri was very helpful, fast to answer any questions we had. Will definitely stay there again!

It is a beautiful neighborhood, quiet with a great location! Very comfortable and well equipped house. Although there were some minor issues concerning the kitchen appliances, we enjoyed our stay.

Best in the area closest to all needed parks and supermarket stores and restaurants. I will be back, super safe quiet area, super clean service on house, good game room though some games did not work but all other great for family fun time

This house was beautiful. The home pool and spa are well maintained. The owner is great with communication and very responsive. My large family stayed here for 7 days and we never felt crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for the week with no major issues [Nemo's Magic]
Great stay for the week, my family was pleased with the entire setup of the home especially the single level since we had some smaller kids. The usual insect issue outside and inside. None of the games are usable due to being broken or damaged. The overall process was excellent.

Nice getaway [Simba's Magic]
We had 13 guests in which we had plenty of room. Home was fully equipped less soaps. Only had one issue, contacted mgmt and it was resolved that day. I highly recommend. Sri is very pleasant to work with. Location is great. Very close to all the Disney parks.

House for the Grandkids 1st trip to Disney [Emerald Magic]
The house was great for our party of 9. It was exactly as described in the on-line advertisement and by the property owner. Having the 4 master bedrooms allowed for everyone to get ready at the same time. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved having the private swimming pool. We found it to be a great location for commuting to the various Disney resorts as well as close to supermarkets and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the property to others.

I have stayed in numerous villas in Orlando in different developments in the past, first off I must say emerald Island is by far my best experience ever, I've been in Emerald Island numerous times I can't stress enough how much I love that place, Second off The Villa I stayed which is owned by Mr Sri is a very well taken care of beautiful cozy house felt just like home, with a very well stocked kitchen with everything you can only think of the bedrooms are beautiful kept clean and fresh, my whole entire stay was just like at home and alot better, I really enjoyed staying at this house, last but not least Mr Sri is one of the most pleasant people I ever dealt with, his communication skills are outstanding amazed, from the beginning from making the reservation through the entire stay communicating with him was awesome never ever had such a great experience, thank you so much for everything and for making our stay a vacation to remember!!

Everything was amazing, I had a great stay. The house was spacious, tidy and in a calm gated community. I was able to go to the pool and jacuzzi, it was right in the backyard. There was a Walmart and other stores that weren't too far so going out wasn't a hassle. Overall it was great.

Why would a person stay in a hotel? [Minnie's Magic]
Just spectacular! Do the math, for 10-20 dollars more a night you can stay in a townhouse! We stayed at Emerald a year ago, and this year I was still awed by how well kept this resort is.
I think a baseline for comparison is Disney parks and properties. Emerald Island is right up to those standards without a doubt.
Have no hesitation, Sri is great to work with in booking, and the service and support while you are there is top notch. How many times have you looked online at places and when you get there you wonder where it was they took the pictures for their websites? I can tell you this place looks like the pictures!

Nice 6 bedroom villa to stay at [Tropical Magic]
Tropical magic was a very nice house to stay at. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the game room was lots of fun. With the added pool heat the water was the perfect temperature. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in the Disney world area.

Wonderful stay [Tropical Magic]
We did a last minute booking here due to unforseen issues with our original home. Owners and managers at Emerald Island were wonderful to work with. One afternoon we noticed the hot tub jets not working properly - we notified staff and owner and someone was at home within 5 minutes - problem solved. The person who came was so friendly and nice! House as described and gated community felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Lots of pool furniture and kitchen fully stocked with everything needed.

Beautiful Villa!! [Donald's Magic]
We really enjoyed our stay here. We just wanted to get away from the cold weather for a week. This villa is very nicely equipped with all the dishes, pots and pans, utensils and beach towels you could possibly need. Very nice furnishing and flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room. I would definitely recommend this villa for your next stay!! I can't wait to come back.
