This was our 5th stay with Sri and the various properties he manages via Emerald Island Rentals. This was also our 5th different property we’ve stayed at. Over the years we’ve stayed 3 townhouses. One 7 bedroom and this stay was at Pluto’s, a 4 bedroom. All have been wonderful stays. The properties are all as advertised as we love knowing with experience they are all clean and very well maintained. Few years back the only issue we’ve ever had was a washing machine malfunction that is not the fault of the property owner, just bad luck, and Sri worked with us immediately to resolve the issue by giving us a code to an empty rental so we could do laundry. The washer was fixed within 2 days. Sri is a fantastic communicator and a better property owner. I highly recommend.
