Everything was very comfortable and we had everything we needed and more.

It's close proximity to Disney themeparks and gated property made our stay worthwhile. I would like to thank Sri who helped us w/ our last minute reservation since the other rental company failed to promptly communicate w/ us despite made reservations 6 months in advance.

We love staying at Pumbaa’s. Love the South facing pool and how close we are to the big pool and hot tub.

Our stay in this rental was wonderful. While some upgrades to the home would be nice, there was nothing that would preclude us from renting again. The home was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the pool with the conservation preserve behind us! Wish we had stayed longer! Property managers were kind and responsive, owner was very nice to work with! Thanks!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this house. Love it. Pool is great. Sun all day long. Very comfortable home. Close to the clubhouse! Have it rented for next year already. Sri is outstanding.

The house was comfortable for our family and friends, we were traveling with an 81 old mother who felt very much at home. All by all a very nice experience. We did not have to much time to make use of the pool but it was nice.

My family and I rented this house as a vacation. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The pool was a lot of fun! Sri was very helpful, fast to answer any questions we had. Will definitely stay there again!

Omg the home was so beautiful the accommodations were awesome it exceeded my expectations I actually will be booking in the next few weeks again if I had to give you a 1-10 stars with 10 being the greatest you would have 10 it was beautiful thank you so much.

I have stayed in numerous villas in Orlando in different developments in the past, first off I must say emerald Island is by far my best experience ever, I've been in Emerald Island numerous times I can't stress enough how much I love that place, Second off The Villa I stayed which is owned by Mr Sri is a very well taken care of beautiful cozy house felt just like home, with a very well stocked kitchen with everything you can only think of the bedrooms are beautiful kept clean and fresh, my whole entire stay was just like at home and alot better, I really enjoyed staying at this house, last but not least Mr Sri is one of the most pleasant people I ever dealt with, his communication skills are outstanding amazed, from the beginning from making the reservation through the entire stay communicating with him was awesome never ever had such a great experience, thank you so much for everything and for making our stay a vacation to remember!!

My family stayed a week at Pumbaa's Magic. We loved the home and location. The house could have been prepped a bit better but other than that, we liked the house!

The home was what we expected. The experience overall was good and we would stay here again. Sri was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. We had a glitch with the smoke alarm but besides that I'm not displeased in any way with Sri or the services offered and I would gladly book again next spring when we return the FL.

An absolute beautiful and well maintained home just outside of the Disney parks and resorts. There were five of us staying and invited a friend of my daughters who lives in West Palm Beach to come up and join us for an evening. The house easily accommodated us! Lot's of local restaurants and even a grocery store all within a mile or so of the resort. Booking was easy and the whole process and experience was perfect. Thank you Sri, we will be back!

Excellent! We have stayed at the Emerald Island Resort in the past and it always exceeds our expectation. Sri was amazing to work with, he always responded promptly, and all our needs were met. We really enjoyed the house we stayed at and enjoyed the grounds as well. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay near Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios to consider this house rental. MUCH BETTER THEN RENTING A HOTEL ROOM.

It was my families first visit to Florida and emerald island resort and I was very pleased the home was beautiful and well maintained. I will definitely recommend this home and resort to everyone and will surely return to emerald island resort on my next trip to Florida. Great location, great resort, great villa. Everything we expected and more. So close to disney theme parks and 30 mins to Universal. Would highly recommend this villa to any family who needs a four bedroom accommodation. Thanks for a great vacation.
