We were a group of 11 people at the. Residence. Had a great time. The place is spectacular. Very clean, you have everything you need. Very nice place. Very comfortable. The communication with the owner is very fluid. Highly recommend!

This home was everything we wanted and more. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and 8 children. So many options of what to do. The home was clean, comfortable, and fun. Very close to all.places we went to.
Dory's Magic villa [Dory's Magic]
Had a lovely 3 week stay at Dory house. View looking over the lake was brilliant, and the extended pool area was great. Beds are nice and clean with new sheets and towels. Owner only a telephone call away and acted quickly to any of our needs. Would go back again

Geat stay [Dory's Magic]
We rented Dory's Magic for multiple weeks. It was great. The 7 bedrooms were perfect for family and friends that would join us for a week at a time during our stay. Sri and his management team took great care of us. I will only use Emerald Island Rentals in the future.

Wonderful break [Dory's Magic]
We had a wonderful break in Kissimmee in Dory's Magic villa. We are on our way north now and have already started planning for next year. Everything was great, the space in the house was great.

This was a nice place to stay on vacation. There was plenty of room for my large family. Any questions or needs I had were responded to and handled ASAP. We enjoyed this property.

Very nice property [Dory's Magic]
The property is very nice. Enjoyed our stay. Two adults and three teens and we had plenty of room. The teens enjoyed the pool and the theater room, with a pool table. Had a minor glitch but the owner was quick to respond and fix the problem. I would recommend.
Home Away From Home [Dory's Magic]
This home is beautiful, very spacious, clean, and most of all comfortable. Only minutes from Disney World and shopping centers. I highly recommend.
Beautiful house near Orlando theme parks [Dory's Magic]
This is a beautiful house and it was every thing I expected just minor things that had to be adjusted but the owner sent the manager and it was handled immediately. Also when you come in please make sure you have cash because you do have to purchase a gate key to get in and out of the resort. This is something that owner forgot to tell us and you have to have exact change and it is $10.00 per car and you will get it back after your stay.

The Welcome Package A which we send to all guests well in advance of the arrival states "There is a $10 refundable deposit for each DAC (Dolphin Access Card) and you will need exact amount." We wish the Club House makes the change, but they do not.

Emerald Island is a spectacular place, I can’t say the same of AIRBNB, which canceled my husband's reservation a day before our trip (after we made that reservation a month in advance) thanks Emerald Island team's response we kept our vacation safe!!

Dory’s Magic is a beautiful home in a great resort community. The home is just as described, very clean, and well stocked with all that you need for a comfortable stay. The resort amenities are also very well kept for beautiful scenery for walks and activities. Thank you for your hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental!

Awesome Vacation [Dory's Magic]
This home is very beautiful. Everything was lovely and very comfortable. We were there for the Thanksgiving break. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're wanting to be comfortable and have plenty of space.

Highly Recommend [Dory's Magic]
Location was central to all Disney and Universal attractions, yet tucked away in a high-end gated community. Sri was highly efficient, organized, and great to work with. The home itself was beautiful, with plenty of room and bed/bathroom choices for both children and adults. The lanai was especially outstanding. It rained most days during our trip, yet half of the lanai is covered so we could sit outside regardless of weather. Safety features for small children around the pool included a removable fence as well as an alarm when the sliding door to the pool is opened. Adults push a button when going in or out to deactivate the warning alarm. I would rent this home again for my family if in the Disney area.
Honest Agents at Work [Dory's Magic]
I want to praise the work of Sri, from Emerald Island Rentals. My credit card number was stolen and someone tried to use it to book a rental. Sri had the instinct that this was a scam being perpetrated and worked to track me down to let me know. How Sri was able to find me was only through sheer diligence, intelligence and perseverance. I am so grateful to Sri for caring enough to put the time and energy into helping a stranger. This is the kind of person that Emerald Island Rentals has working for them. Thank you again, Sri. May you be blessed a thousand times!
Owner Response: We really appreciate Johanna for posting this review. She never stayed in any of our rentals (as you can see from her review). Over the years (and after getting scammed a couple of times) we have perfected the art of identifying stolen credit cards. I am glad that I was able to track Johanna's contact details to give her heads up so that she can cancel her ceredit card. I am glad everything worked out for all involved, except for the crooks who stole the credit card
Beautiful home! [Dory's Magic]
Hello All! This home was beautiful and a perfect stay! We loved having our own pool to swim in every day. We had one minor issue with the garbage disposal and I contacted the owner and someone was there to fix it in 10 minutes! The only complaint I would have is the sliding doors is they need a better handle for opening and closing the doors. Thank you Emerald Island for the use of your Beautiful Home!

Wonderful stay [Dory's Magic]
We had a great stay at this lovely home. It accommodated well for us party of 16 including young kids who had fun in the games room. Host was very pleasant and responsive prior to our arrival. We really enjoyed our stay here and house was well kept, clean, spacious and cosy. Truly recommended. Thank you Sri for being an excellent host.

As always my family and I enjoyed our stay. Dory's Magic Villa was everything described in the description. Very nice and spacious villa. I highly recommend if visiting Florida definitely stay in one of the villlas at Emerald Island, I promise you won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing time staying at Dory' Magic! The house was beautiful and clean when we arrived! We were very comfortable in the house. Great home for large group! [Dory's Magic]
I recently stayed at Dory's Magic for a family gathering and vacation. It was absolutely perfect for our group which consisted of 11 adults, 3 teens and two children under age 5. We had ample room to spread out and move about the house. Plenty of bathroom space and the patio and pool holds more people than meets the eye in pictures. We spent our time at the Disney parks and it was a very short drive to each of them. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area with a large group. The only drawback was the alarm sounding off going out the back sliding glass door. It is a law that homes will pools have one and it took our group a day or two to get the hang of remembering to press the button before going out. Just something to keep in mind if you have light sleepers or small children, as the alarm is quite loud. But definitely a wonderful home in a wonderful location!!
Owner Response: We thank these guests for renting one of our villas and their valuable feedback. As these guests mentioned, pool door alarms are mandatory per state law. The fact that the alarms were loud enough suggests that our little guests who may want to adventure in to the pool area without dis-arming the pool door alarms will be kept safe by parents who will be alerted. Pool alarms can be disabled by adults only.

Absolutely loved the house, the pool alarm on the door did drive me a weeeee bit nutz. Lots of room and space we would certainly book this house again.

The pool door alarms are a legal and safety requirement to prevent small kids from entering the pool area unsupervised. We understand it might be an inconvenience, but a necessary one. Rental home assessment in Emerald Island Resort [Dory's Magic]
We stayed a week for a family function. Our adult children and one grandchild joined us. The home was comfortable and roomy enough for all of us. The dining room was perfect for a full meal. Would definitely stay here again.
Our family of 16 had a great time! [Dory's Magic]
Our summer gathering was a lot of fun! The house was spacious and provided all that was described. Grandkids loved the pool and enjoyed the game/theatre room, as well. Assistance with internet was given quickly. Really appreciated having supplies for the baby. Thank you!

Excellent Stay [Dory's Magic]
I had 9 people with me visiting the Disney World parks between 2/22/18 and 2/25/18. First for a large group of people you can't beat the price of staying at one of these houses. This particular house had more than enough bedrooms and still cost a fraction of the cost if we booked a hotel inside of Disney. We could of easily fit 2 more families. It is conveniently located within a 10 minute drive of Disney and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. The place itself was clean and we didn't have any issues while we were there. The place has security when entering and leaving so you know you're in good hands. The place I stayed had a pool which looked lovely, but I spent most of my times at the park. I highly recommend staying here especially if you are going to Disney with a lot of people and staying multiple days.

My family and I gathered from across the globe and all over the U.S. at this wonderful house. It was very comfortable, spacious and cozy at the same time. Very well kept and well appointed. We had a total of 10 people in our group, the house could accommodate more. Very clean! Most importantly, it was exactly as advertised.

Great location [Dory's Magic]
We stayed at Sri's Place for couple of nights and we had a lot of fun time there. The place was exactly same as it looks in the pictures. It was clean and tidy and had all we needed . We love the game room and the living room area the most . Sri was quick in responding to our queries . So I would say it was great to be there . And I would definitely like to stay again there and highly recommend his place.
