Nice Home; [Dory's Magic]
This is my second time staying at Emerald Island. Dory's Magic 7 is a really nice house. The game room was great for the kids although the projector didn’t work but we did not call as it was nota big deal for the kids. They enjoyed the pool table and other games. The house came equipped with almost everything we needed for the week. There was ample pots and pans and utensils, a lot of towels and washcloths. The house was clean upon arrival we just needed to add our own touches. It’s really spacious as well. The grill didn’t have any propane left in it and Sri had one delivered within the half-an-hour of calling him. The hot tub didn’t get hot and the pool was down for 2-3 days. Someone was there and fixed the issues. Otherwise my family loved this house and will be happy to rent it when we go back to Orlando area in the future.

Amazing House; [Dory's Magic]
This house was amazing for our group of 10 staying there. My only complaint would be there is no step to get into the hot tub, which made it difficult for my dad and grandfather to get in and out of. We also had one issue with the pool jets but Sri responded extremely fast and it was fixed immediately. I would highly recommend this house for a large group. Great service and would definitely stay there again. It's also very close to everything you need and or want.

While there isn't enough "room" to put steps in the spa (as they would take up the usable space of the spa drastically), we will look in to installing handrails soon. At some of the other villas we own and rent at "Emerald Island Rentals", we have these handrails that help. Just did not realize that we didn't have them at this villa.
Great experience and exactly what I was looking for!; [Dory's Magic]
What a great home, I've been booking with Airbnb for 5 years and stay all over. This by far has to be the best place for me and my family! Everything about this home is perfect, spacious, clean, perfect for large family's or just a couple of us. Anything you want Sri had, it accommodated my 7 year old, my 17 year old and my 22 year old, so much room and things to do at the house. I don't have to look for another place as long as I go to Disney. This will be my home away from home for as long as I come to Disney. Sri even suggested that we book with him direct on Emerald Island rentals site to save on 3rd party fees, which is what we will do going forward. Anyone who stays here will be glad and NOT disappointed. Highly recommend staying at Dory's Magic!

The Best time ever; [Dory's Magic]
Dory's was the perfect house for our family of 16! Not once did we ever feel crowded. Everything was comfortable. Kitchen is awesome. Pool was used from daybreak on. This was our 8 year at Emerald. Sri is the best there is!

The communication to rent this huge house was awesome! No questions went unanswered. The house itself was huge...LOTS of bedrooms and bathrooms, enough room for our large group! The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and deck provided a nice outside space.

Great Stay at a Great Place; [Dory's Magic]
Sri was very diligent and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all our questions in a timely manner before we had even arrived. The villa we stayed at was clean and quiet. I could not have asked for a better vacation with my family. We will definitely be using Emerald Island Rentals whenever we visit the area. My family and I could not have had a better experience.

Great location; [Dory's Magic]
It was just myself and my wife staying for 10 nights and we decided on Dory's Magic due to it's location and size of outside pool area and we were not disappointed. The sun hits the pool area all day and for the time we stayed it was very peaceful. The villa could have been a little cleaner when we arrived and it had every comfort needed, the appliances are starting to look their age and could do with some replacement. But this did not effect our enjoyment. Sri was extremely quick in responding to any queries and overall it was well worth the price paid.

Had a lovely 3 week stay at Dory house. View looking over the lake was brilliant, and the extended pool area was great. Beds are nice and clean with new sheets and towels. Owner only a telephone call away and acted quickly to any of our needs. Would go back again

We rented Dory's Magic for multiple weeks. It was great. The 7 bedrooms were perfect for family and friends that would join us for a week at a time during our stay. Sri and his management team took great care of us. I will only use Emerald Island Rentals in the future.

The property is very nice. Enjoyed our stay. Two adults and three teens and we had plenty of room. The teens enjoyed the pool and the theater room, with a pool table. Had a minor glitch but the owner was quick to respond and fix the problem. I would recommend.

Beautiful house near Orlando theme parks; [Dory's Magic]
This is a beautiful house and it was every thing I expected just minor things that had to be adjusted but the owner sent the manager and it was handled immediately. Also when you come in please make sure you have cash because you do have to purchase a gate key to get in and out of the resort. This is something that owner forgot to tell us and you have to have exact change and it is $10.00 per car and you will get it back after your stay.

The Welcome Package A which we send to all guests well in advance of the arrival states "There is a $10 refundable deposit for each DAC (Dolphin Access Card) and you will need exact amount." We wish the Club House makes the change, but they do not.

Highly Recommend; [Dory's Magic]
Location was central to all Disney and Universal attractions, yet tucked away in a high-end gated community. Sri was highly efficient, organized, and great to work with. The home itself was beautiful, with plenty of room and bed/bathroom choices for both children and adults. The lanai was especially outstanding. It rained most days during our trip, yet half of the lanai is covered so we could sit outside regardless of weather. Safety features for small children around the pool included a removable fence as well as an alarm when the sliding door to the pool is opened. Adults push a button when going in or out to deactivate the warning alarm. I would rent this home again for my family if in the Disney area.

Honest Agents at Work; [Dory's Magic]
I want to praise the work of Sri, from Emerald Island Rentals. My credit card number was stolen and someone tried to use it to book a rental. Sri had the instinct that this was a scam being perpetrated and worked to track me down to let me know. How Sri was able to find me was only through sheer diligence, intelligence and perseverance. I am so grateful to Sri for caring enough to put the time and energy into helping a stranger. This is the kind of person that Emerald Island Rentals has working for them. Thank you again, Sri. Hello All! This home was beautiful and a perfect stay! We loved having our own pool to swim in every day. We had one minor issue with the garbage disposal and I contacted the owner and someone was there to fix it in 10 minutes! The only complaint I would have is the sliding doors is they need a better handle for opening and closing the doors. Thank you Emerald Island for the use of your Beautiful Home!

Great home for large group!; [Dory's Magic]
I recently stayed at Dory's Magic for a family gathering and vacation. It was absolutely perfect for our group which consisted of 11 adults, 3 teens and two children under age 5. We had ample room to spread out and move about the house. Plenty of bathroom space and the patio and pool holds more people than meets the eye in pictures. We spent our time at the Disney parks and it was a very short drive to each of them. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area with a large group. The only drawback was the alarm sounding off going out the back sliding glass door. It is a law that homes will pools have one and it took our group a day or two to get the hang of remembering to press the button before going out. Just something to keep in mind if you have light sleepers or small children, as the alarm is quite loud. But definitely a wonderful home in a wonderful location!!

The fact that the alarms were loud enough suggests that our little guests who may want to adventure in to the pool area without dis-arming the pool door alarms will be kept safe by parents who will be alerted. Pool alarms can be disabled by adults only.

We stayed a week for a family function. Our adult children and one grandchild joined us. The home was comfortable and roomy enough for all of us. The dining room was perfect for a full meal. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay; [Dory's Magic]
I had 9 people with me visiting the Disney World parks between 2/22/18 and 2/25/18. First for a large group of people you can't beat the price of staying at one of these houses. This particular house had more than enough bedrooms and still cost a fraction of the cost if we booked a hotel inside of Disney. We could of easily fit 2 more families. It is conveniently located within a 10 minute drive of Disney and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. The place itself was clean and we didn't have any issues while we were there. The place has security when entering and leaving so you know you're in good hands. The place I stayed had a pool which looked lovely, but I spent most of my times at the park. I highly recommend staying here especially if you are going to Disney with a lot of people and staying multiple days.

Excellent house, great vacation! My family and I gathered from across the globe and all over the U.S. at this wonderful house. It was very comfortable, spacious and cozy at the same time. We stayed at Sri's Place for couple of nights and we had a lot of fun time there. The place was exactly same as it looks in the pictures. It was clean and tidy and had all we needed . We love the game room and the living room area the most . Sri was quick in responding to our queries . So I would say it was great to be there . And I would definitely like to stay again there and highly recommend his place.
