Having stayed at Emerald Island for the last 18 years, booking direct for the stay is absolutely the way to go. The support, help and assistance is outstanding. You do not necessarily get this booking independently. We incurred some issues and Sri and the team were immediately on it. First class. Sri was 100% on it from the initial selecting and booking, right through to the end of the stay. Never had to wait for responses. Definitely feel valued as a customer. Thank you :)

We enjoyed our stay at this Emerald Island villa. Easy in and out of the gated community. Management was super responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub. Short drive to Disney World and all stores.

The most amazing villa; [Disney Magic]
We stayed here for a family holiday, there was 11 of us in total. The Disney magic villa can fit up to 16 people and there is plenty of room for everyone without tripping over each other. The 4 adult rooms were clean, had plenty of wardrobe space and the beds were extremely comfortable. The 3 children’s themed bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, our children loved the themes. The kitchen space was amazing and had everything you could possibly need. The outside space was throughly enjoyed by all and the games room was an extra bonus and brilliantly themed. The only thing we had trouble with was being able to control the tv sets, they were rather complicated. When we arrived Sri had laid out some coffee tea, soaps, wipes and other welcome goodies to start us off with. This was very much appreciated. Emerald island resort is a lovely, safe resort to stay at with plenty of restaurants 5 minutes away. Easy access to Disney World (15 minutes away) and universal (35 minutes) We will 100% be using Emerald Island Rentals in the future and will be recommending to family and friends to book with Sri.

Great time at Disney Magic - Emerald Island Resort; [Disney Magic]
We had a great time. Very easy check in instructions. I was hesitant as other places we’ve stayed with security gates into the neighborhoods were not very pleasant and took a long time, but not here. We followed the easy instructions provided to us in advance and got in and out of the gates with ease every time. We loved the pool and hot tub and we were so close to the theme parks we were visiting. Will stay here again.

Well what can i say from start to finish our holiday was amazing, the villa was spotless on arrival, it had everything you could need. It is fully equipped so you could cook your own meals if required. There was 10 of us in the villa and we all had our own space. The pool area was great, the kids loved having our own pool which was a hit after the parks. The customer service I received from Sri was first class, nothing was too much trouble, he was very helpful. I would not hesitate to return to these villas and I would recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Orlando. The villa was the perfect location to the Disney parks and all the other major tourist attractions. Thank you

17 magical days in Disney Magic; [Disney Magic]
There were 9 of us in our party from the UK. Ages ranged from 71 down to 23 months. And the Disney Magic villa provided a fantastic base for the entire group for the 17 days we were in Florida. The pool was the focus when we were 'at home' and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were attended to very, very fast following a message to Sri. Villa was perfect for our group size; [Disney Magic]
We stayed for 1 week at the Disney Magic Villa on Sunrise Key. The villa had 7 bedrooms which was perfect for our group size. Everybody could spread out! The pool was great! It was clean, heated-nice temperature. The screened lanai was great. We lucked out on weather for entire week-sun and blue sky every day. Disney theme parks not far away. It's the traffic to and from that's crazy! The grill needs to be replaced. You definitely have to bring your own supplies in. All in all, good time had by all!

We are located 3 miles to Disney and if you follow the back roads that we provide in the welcome packet, you will be in Disney in under 10 minutes. If you follow your GPS or take the 192, it might take longer. We replaced the grill as soon as these guests left. We provide starter supplies which is consistent with all rentals, and, guests are responsible for additional supplies. We are pleased to know that the guests had a good time.

Overall this place was a good value for the money. We had a broken bed upon arrival but it was still usable. The hot tub heater stopped working 5 days into our trip but the owner was very responsive and tried to resolve it; unfortunately the technician couldn't make it out before we left so we lost two days of SPA use - but mechanics of the SPA could malfunction for anyone so no blame there. Overall a very nice stay! With close proximity to Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs, and the airport. I would stay there again.

Owner Response: We would love to have these guests again. The headboard developed a crack as reported by these guests. As they mentioned that it did not hamper the usage, we took care of that right after the guest departure. We regret the spa did not work the last two days and the tech could not make it due to severe rains that prevented a fix sooner. The spa issue has been fixed now and we appreciate these guests being super understanding.

Our stay here was wonderful. With a large family and an extended stay, we felt like we were right at home. Everything was as pictured and advertised and we would definitely consider this location again if we are in the area.

The community is gated and nice and we love that the properties offered accommodate our large family. Plenty of space for everyone. My husband an I rented this property for a staycation. Property was as pictured and we had a great time. We had a small issue with spot AC unit in game room but they came out next day and fixed it with no issues. Only downside was the amount of flies during our stay. Upon arrival to the time we left there were so many flies and we couldnt understand why. The property was very clean. We would still definitely rent again!!!

Nice, well kept. Need to provide more household supplies such as toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. We stayed a full week. One roll of toilet paper and paper towels and 4 trash bags just isn't enough.

We had a terrific week at Disney Magic...Everything about the home was just as described - spacious, clean, and well appointed. Some areas of the house were recently upgraded which were terrrific and an indication of the trend of the decorations to come. The kids particularly loved the GAME ROOM at this property. The community is great and about 15 minutes from the entgrance to the Walt Disney World property as well as local interstate highway. Easily accessible. Look forward to visiting again.

We stayed with our family and my in laws at Disney Magic for a week and it was great! Any time we had an issue arise, like us not being able to turn the hot tub on which was an oversight on our part, Sri made sure to help us and handle it right away! He even sent his management team right over to show us how to work it. The house was beautiful and well equipped. My kids did not want to leave! Thank you so much Sri for your fast responses and for a great stay for our family vacation to Disney World!

We booked this magnificent house just two days prior to our trip. Sri G the manager of the property was very quick in his responses and answered any and all of the questions I had just as fast. It was a very smooth process and the two families that stayed in the beautiful home had the best time ever with all the amenities it had to offer. Absolutely Wonderful; [Disney Magic]
Disney Magic worked perfectly for our first family vacation with the grand children. The game room and pool kept everyone entertained, the bedrooms were spacious and there was more than enough room to spread out for a little privacy. Five minutes to Magic Kingdom and 20 minutes to Universal. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will be back.

Family vacation home; [Disney Magic]
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Disney magic. Sri was so helpful during the booking process and prompt to respond. This house was a good size for our party of 10 adults and 6 children. The house was clean and roomy. The children and teens enjoyed having the game room and pool. The game room is a bit warmer than the rest of the house (garage) but not uncomfortable. Nicely decorated and a good place to hang out. There are wall fans and a system to assist with temperature regulation (in the game-room). There were plenty of utensils for kitchen use. In three of the rooms the TVs were not working. I contacted Sri to let him know, he was very prompt to respond. The next day someone came to install a new TV in the kids bunk bed room (much appreciated). But the others were not replaced during our stay. Great location with lots of shopping and things to do nearby and Disney was not far at all. Maybe 4 miles. We greatly enjoyed it and will book again.

Owner Response: Number of vehicles allowed to be parked per villa is 6 we no guest has exceeded in the past as most if not all guests come in cars/vans. These guests came mostly on motor bikes and exceeded the 6 vehicle limit. We discussed these guests driving bikes before they reserved but we did not discuss the possibility that they will be coming on more than 6 bikes. We were fortunate that we were able to show alternate arrangements to this unique situation.

House was exactly as advertised. Sri was helpful from start to finish. Closer to Disney than expected, only about ten minutes to the first park. One member of our group is physically challenged, downstairs master bedroom worked great.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property in two years. We would go no where else as it holds our entire family comfortably and is minutes from the parks. The community is gated so we felt very safe. The decor is nice and the outside patio area is wonderful. The owner is always a phone call away and is very accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone with a big family because it is so nice and much more affordable than 3-4 hotel rooms charged in a daily basis. We will be back again

Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the home was fairly well maintained. We did have to call the property manager with a couple of items that we didn't want to end up being charged with at the end of our stay.. the home was certainly large enough for all of us and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We had some issues at the gate with guests told they weren't on the list, but were able to get that straightened out quickly. Much appreciated it being a gated community also. All in all it was a great way for us all to be together.

This a fantastic villa that provides a relaxing home when not at Disney Parks yet within 15-20 minutes you can be at the gates to one of them. Everything we needed and more was within the villa with modern conveniences and new home feel throughout. Very spacious both inside and out. Resort clubhouse had a very laid back environment promoting a bit of a family feel and secure place for kids. An ideal base for exploring Orlando or theme parks.

They were in tr lovely light up pool all day and night! The only problem we had was the pool heating up, but honestly we had such a great time that it didn't matter! Definitely going to rent from him again!!!

I can recommend Emerald Islands Resort as an ideal location for your Disney/Orlando Experience. The owner provided clear instructions and when we encountered a few minor issues was very quick to resolve them with maintainence services calling shortly after I made him aware. The house "Disney Magic" was a lovely sapcious house with 4 double bedroom and three twin bedded rooms, the pool was a nice size and the jacuzzi was lovely too.

Wonderful stay at Disney Magic!!; [Disney Magic]
We had a great time staying here from June 14th to June 21st. There were three families that stayed in this house, 6 adults and 7 kids and there was more than enough room for all of us. It is extremely clean and absolutely beautiful. The pool and hot tub on the patio was perfect after hours in the parks which are only minutes away from this property. Everything you could need is within 5-10 minutes from the house, shopping, groceries, restaurants and of course the Disney parks which are ten minutes away. This is a first class gated resort with very accommodating management and staff. This was my second stay at this owners property, the other was at his three bedroom villa in the same resort, and I highly recommend it. Sri is first class all the way and so are his properties!!

Great condo with excellent amenities: Only 2). suggestions to make you better: 1. Bedrooms too warm at night; cannot adjust thermostat to needed temperature for a comfortable night sleep. Must enter security code to adjust to ceratin degree, but did not realize this until a day before our stay. Recommend: inform your guest of this. I can not utilize the ceiling fans due to allergies/sinus issues; must have central air to be more comfortable 2). do not change door code prior to check out time, which is 10a.m.-code stopped worked at 9:02a.m. I could not enter condo to check for overlooked belongings or even to set alarm system or notify your guest of time code will not work.

Owner Response: Thermostats can be adjusted, however the guest did not realize that. Code is required only to re-program and not to adjust the temperatures for a stay. Instrucitons were posted on the thermostat itself and in the House Book. Code for the door expired an hour sooner as the internal clock was off by an hour which has been corrected. In any case, owners are available 24/7, however, the guest called only on their way out to inform that the door code stopped working. When we offered to get them a new code, they suggested that one is not required as they already checked-out.

Me and my party had an awesome time at the Emerald Island Resort's Disney Magic. The house was everything we were looking for. Everything working and in good conditions. The rooms were big enough to accommodate 16 people comfortably. The Emerald Island Resort is located very close to all the Walt Disney's theme parks and other establishments such as restaurants, drug stores, super markets etc. I'll totally recommend this one to my friends' next trip to Orlando.

Beautiful spacious home in a quiet Gated Community; [Disney Magic]
We were in Florida for the National Pop Warner Football finals. I was able to rent this home on short notice (one week) and was pleasantly surprised it was beautifully maintained and well stocked. Sri was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had several children with us of various ages and they were all kept occupied in the game room. Pool never really got warm but we did read the literature and wasn't expecting bath water but the pool and spa at the clubhouse was comfortable. Had a great time and would definitely rent again great value for your money. Also is very close to all the attractions just a short drive to any park you plan to visit.

The house (Disney Magic) was as much a delight as Disney World itself. In fact, my son stayed at the house instead of going to Disney World 2 of the 6 days we went. I thought I would have a problem with the alarm but soon got use to it. We stayed at the Emerald Island Rentals property "Disney Magic" last year. We really enjoyed our stay - the neighborhood is a great oasis from the activity level at Disney and the house is fun for kids and adults alike. Clean and well maintained, and equipped with everything, Disney Magic was a big part of a great holiday in Orlando. Best Features? Pool and deck are great, and rooms are spacious an comfortable. A great vacation home for a large family vacation.; [Disney Magic]
We stayed in the Disney Magic 7 bedroom home in September 2012. It was great for our large family vacation with 11 people! It was exactly like you see in the pictures and great for the kids. The pool and game room were very nice and kept the kids entertained while the adults got things ready each morning to go to the Disney parks. There is so much to do here at Emerald Island Resort that even if you were not going to any of the parks, these homes would provide a relaxing and wonderful vacation. Being a gated community, there is excellent security and made me feel very comfortable. All of the staff at the gate and clubhouse were polite and helpful. The resort is also very close to a multitude of restaurants, shopping and entertainment, including discounted souvenir shops. The benefits of staying here make this a real value for larger groups/families compared to the cost of staying on even Disney's value properties. Would definitely consider renting here again!

We stayed at the Disney Magic villa for a week to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. There were 14 of us; ages ranged from 11 to 75. The accommodations were great, and we felt entirely comfortable there. We could only find 12 full-sized forks, but that just became a running gag for the entire week. ;-) Sri always responded quickly if we had a question, and was a gracious host. We have no trouble recommending these accommodations! 28 thumbs up!!

Walt Disney World has Magic Kingdom and staying at Emerald Island Resort was like Magic Kingdom for me and my family. The home had all the amenities you can imagine. My family of five, my son's best friend, my mother (who is recovering from chemotherapy), and my best friend, her son and his girlfriend all stayed at Disney Magic the week of Jun 11 through Jun 18. We all had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and, more importantly, CLEAN. We all enjoyed the gameroom and the pool. My mother especially loved sitting by the pool relaxing. As hot as it was that week, we were all in the pool every single day, every spare minute we had. The owner, Sri, worked with us every step of the way. My husband is a nervous nellie when it comes to handing over his credit card information and my goodness, did Sri reassure us everything was legitimate. Both families have stayed on Disney at one of their resorts in years past, but we all agreed that it was sooooo wonderful not having to wait for buses to take us everywhere. We were able to hop in our rented mini vans and travel anywhere without waiting. The directions provided to us made traveling so easy. We even traveled to Cocoa beach twice. Needless to say, we all had a fantastic time. Would highly recommend Disney Magic to large groups--there is so much room.

Pleasant experience renting villa from Sri; [Disney Magic]
My family had the pleasure of staying at "Disney Magic" earlier this year. This house was everything Sri had told me it was. We all were more than pleased. I couldn't have asked for it to be any nicer. We were pleasantly surprised to have some food, coffee and juice provided to start our first morning there. In addition to all this, it was such a pleasant experience to work with Sri in renting his house. When I would call him he was either there or would return my call almost immediatley. He was never too busy to answer my questions. I would certainly recommend Disney Magic to anyone traveling to the Orlando area.
