To ensure a smooth arrival at Emerald Island Resort, please review the following registration requirements. All guests and visitors must be registered in the resort security system by Emerald Island Rentals (or your specific property owner) prior to arrival.

Resort Access Passes
- Every vehicle entering the resort must display a valid access pass. These are issued at the Clubhouse during normal business hours.
- Minimum Requirement: At least one (1) pass is required per reservation.
- Vehicle Limit: A maximum of six (6) vehicles may be registered per stay.
- Overnight Guests: All overnight guests must purchase a pass for each vehicle.

- Important Notes for a Seamless Check-in:
- Day Visitors: Friends or family visiting for the day do not pay a fee, but must be registered by your host/agency to be granted entry at the security gate.
- Arrival Tip: To avoid delays, please ensure you have provided your vehicle count to us at least 48 hours before arrival.
- Clubhouse Check-in: Upon arrival, proceed to the Clubhouse to finalize your registration and collect your vehicle access cards.
