We had an unexpected experience with our original Airbnb, which was unfortunately dirty and unprepared for our arrival. Thankfully, Sri stepped in right away. From the moment we reached out, he was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely concerned about our comfort. He maintained constant communication through calls and texts, ensuring we felt supported and secure throughout the transition. The home we were placed in was exactly what we needed—clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Everyone in our family had their own room and bathroom, which made the stay even more comfortable. Sri’s attentiveness and high level of service made all the difference. We’re already looking forward to staying again. If you’re considering this property, rest assured—you’re making the right choice. It does not disappoint.

Enjoyed My Stay; [Timon's Magic]
This villa was nice. It came equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. It’s also close walking distance to the community pool which was great for the guests staying in the house. I had two houses and the only caveat is this house is in “Phase 2” which is a good distance from the 6-7 bedrooms. Otherwise we really enjoyed Emerald Island and we will be returning in the future. I also want to add the Sri is amazing always available and on top of everything, my family really appreciated his services.

Nice Home; [Dory's Magic]
This is my second time staying at Emerald Island. Dory's Magic 7 is a really nice house. The game room was great for the kids although the projector didn’t work but we did not call as it was nota big deal for the kids. They enjoyed the pool table and other games. The house came equipped with almost everything we needed for the week. There was ample pots and pans and utensils, a lot of towels and washcloths. The house was clean upon arrival we just needed to add our own touches. It’s really spacious as well. The grill didn’t have any propane left in it and Sri had one delivered within the half-an-hour of calling him. The hot tub didn’t get hot and the pool was down for 2-3 days. Someone was there and fixed the issues. Otherwise my family loved this house and will be happy to rent it when we go back to Orlando area in the future.

Lovely Holiday; [Emerald Magic]
We had a lovely holiday in Emerald Magic. Very clean and well presented villa with large master bedrooms. We had a couple of issues which were sorted by management very quickly. The only thing that let the villa down was the pool furniture that could be replaced. It didn't affect our time there and we would be glad to return to this villa.

I highly recommend this property. Besides the exceptional communication and prompt attention to questions and concerns during check in, I cant rave enough about how safe Sri has made this home for families with children. I especially appreciated the safety locks preventing children from having access to get to the pool area along with the safety fence barricading the pool. Seeing this really put my mind at ease having a very busy 3 year old. My family enjoyed our time and wish we could have booked a longer stay. This community is located in a very nice area and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We definitely will booking again with this host in the very near future.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Our experience with and at the property - first the booking process was very quick and stress free. Everything was set up for us in the next few hours immediately after the booking process - when we arrived at the property the check-in process was smooth even though we checked-in after 10:00PM. Access to the property was easy as there was a lockbox for the key. Once inside the property was clean and organized. Owner provided all the instructions ahead of time on the property usage, guidelines per the association and there was no problem for us. Our kids enjoyed playing in the game room and we did use the pool once. We had 4 adults, 2 young adults and 2 kids. We found the kitchen sufficiently equipped with all the necessary appliances, silverware and dinner items. This helped us a lot so that we can make food and eat at the property instead of searching for food that we generally eat. Overall we have enjoyed our stay at the property which was economical compared to the hotels in the area. Property is like ~10-15 mins to Disney and ~30 mins Universal.

Amazing House; [Dory's Magic]
This house was amazing for our group of 10 staying there. My only complaint would be there is no step to get into the hot tub, which made it difficult for my dad and grandfather to get in and out of. We also had one issue with the pool jets but Sri responded extremely fast and it was fixed immediately. I would highly recommend this house for a large group. Great service and would definitely stay there again. It's also very close to everything you need and or want.

While there isn't enough "room" to put steps in the spa (as they would take up the usable space of the spa drastically), we will look in to installing handrails soon. At some of the other villas we own and rent at "Emerald Island Rentals", we have these handrails that help. Just did not realize that we didn't have them at this villa.

What a great home, I've been booking with Airbnb for 5 years and stay all over. This by far has to be the best place for me and my family! Everything about this home is perfect, spacious, clean, perfect for large family's or just a couple of us. Anything you want Sri had, it accommodated my 7 year old, my 17 year old and my 22 year old, so much room and things to do at the house. I don't have to look for another place as long as I go to Disney. This will be my home away from home for as long as I come to Disney. Sri even suggested that we book with him direct on Emerald Island rentals site to save on 3rd party fees, which is what we will do going forward. Anyone who stays here will be glad and NOT disappointed. Highly recommend staying at Dory's Magic!

We stayed here for 2 weeks prior to Easter with our grandchildren and I have to say it was perfect, from its location, to its size, the pool and the games room! Best Family Accommodations for Disney and Universal!; [Tropical Magic]
We have reserved homes with Emerald Island Rentals for several years and every experience has been excellent. Our most recent stay in March 2025 at Tropical Magic was our favorite home yet. The owner is fantastic - communication is prompt and he puts in the full effort to resolve any issues immediately. These rentals are perfect for a family vacation to Disney and Universal for providing a relaxing and peaceful space after returning home from the theme parks. Having a private pool and spa with an outdoor grill is very nice to cook a meal and eat outside enjoying the sound of the many songbirds that serenaded us this spring. The ride to Disney parks is about 10 minutes and Universal about 40 minutes. These homes are clean, well-maintained and the Emerald Island Resorts has beautiful landscaping, basketball court, shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball. This is the only place we will stay during our Orlando vacations, highly recommend!

Having stayed at Emerald Island for the last 18 years, booking direct for the stay is absolutely the way to go. The support, help and assistance is outstanding. You do not necessarily get this booking independently. We incurred some issues and Sri and the team were immediately on it. First class. Sri was 100% on it from the initial selecting and booking, right through to the end of the stay. Never had to wait for responses. Definitely feel valued as a customer. Thank you :)

This property suited our family perfectly! The pool and spa are great. Lots of space for everyone (9 of us). Close to all Disney parks, grocery shopping close by. There were plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms as well as extra blankets if needed. The games room is awesome! Sri always responds quickly if anything develops and looks after things in a timely manner.

My family and I vacationed in Kissimmee and stayed in this amazing house. It was bright, clean, comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table very much. We had an issue on the first day but maintenance responded immediately. We also needed to extend our stay, which is not always possible with rentals, but we were very lucky. Thank you to everyone involved. I would highly recommend this place.

It is close to theme parks. We did get stuck in traffic a few times (but no more than 10 mins). Could use carpet cleaning upstairs. My kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. With it being in a gated community, we felt safe and would love to be back.

The house was just perfect for mine and my extended family. We had 3 adults and 4 kids (teens) and there was room to spare. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the game room was enjoyed by the kids. We payed to heat the pool and spa and it was well worth it for our days off of the parks. Sri was great to work with and addressed any concerns I had promptly. We didn’t use any of the resort amenities due to being too busy. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone considering it!

My family and I stayed at Timon's Villa to celebrate the holidays. We have stayed at Emerald Island before but this was our first time at this particular villa. The villa itself could use a little TLC. The resort itself is very nice and we felt really safe. We will probably stay at this property again.

We had a great time. It was my daughter's 5th birthday and we decided to celebrate at Disney and this place was a huge hit. The owner was very responsive and kept us updated on everything, every step of the way. Disney was super close. In fact, everything was just a few minutes drive away. The property was very clean and well maintained.All the family enjoyed the pool area and the heated pool was a bonus for the great grandchildren plus the games room. We intend to return later this year.

This villa was brilliant, we felt at home straight away, everything was in top condition. As always Emerald island resort is excellent, the facilities are second to none and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would happily recommend both the villa and resort for everyone.
