This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom fully air-conditioned town house sleeps up to 8, it's fully furnished and offers all the amenities that you expect in a rental home and more. A very comfortable lounge area with a cable TV and DVD player. There is a small porch off the lounge for relaxing, overlooking the beautiful conservation area, which gives Emerald Island its name. The sofa turns into a pull-out bed for sleep two guests.

Minnie's Home is fully air-conditioned for the comfort of our guests. For safety and comfort, it is non-smoking and sorry - no pets allowed. There is a Cable TV also in this villa.

There is a patio off the lounge with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine and on the first floor, the balcony is the perfect place for unwinding after a day at the many attractions in the area. Both offer views of the lush, beautiful conservation area which gives Emerald Island its name. Parking spaces are available directly outside the home.
