Size and Sleeping Capacity
This 1,241 ft2 Florida Vacation Home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath and is fully furnished to comfortably sleep 8 guests.
- Master Bedroom: Queen bed (2 persons)

- Third Bedroom: 2 Twin beds (2 persons)
- Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa (2 persons)
All linens, towels, blankets and pillows are supplied. For the comfort and convenience of the guests all linens and towels are washed in the villa by our house keeping staff upon departure of the guests. We also do an inspection count of linens and towels to ensure that the incoming guests have sufficient quantities of the same.
Welcome Pack
We provide a complementary* welcome pack for all guests visiting our Villa in Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, Florida. This welcome basket is provided to our vacation home guests as a welcome gesture.
Outdoors
Our townhouse has a small patio off the Living Room and a small deck off the Master Bedroom. Both the patio and the deck are furnished with 2 chairs and they overlook our beautiful pond and conservation area. A gas grill is also provided on the deck.
Entertainment
Our townhouse is equipped with 4 TVs with cable service. That means, all our guests are not forced to watch the same show or movie.
We also provide a Sony Play Station 2 system (with games) and a wide selection of DVDs to keep kids (and you) busy on those rainy days.

Baby Equipment
We understand the needs of parents who travel with small children, which is why we provide the following baby equipment for your use, at no extra charge. There is no need to haul a stroller from your home and you will be glad to see them waiting for you in our Disney vacation villa. So, there is no need to pick-up or drop-off or worrying whether or not the baby equipment has been delivered by the management company or rental agency. We even encourage you to take the stroller to the parks to save on rentals.

Our townhouse is equipped with high-speed broadband cable Wi-Fi internet access. Bring your own laptop or notebook PC or Mac and enjoy our internet connection anywhere in the townhouse or outside for free! Our connection is fast!

Our townhouse has a phone in the Kitchen and in the Master Bedroom.
Mickey's Magic vacation home has a telephone with service that includes FREE unlimited calls to anywhere in USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and many other countries. Also, calls to land line are free to UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain and many other countries! For a complete listing, please check the FAQ section. Other international calling carries a per-minute fee which will be deducted from your security deposit.

Our townhouse is fully air conditioned and heated for your year-round comfort.
Check-in/ Check-out and Security
Security is vital to our guests traveling with small children and we understand that. Access to the Emerald Island Resort is via a pass code entrance gate. You will be supplied with the pass code prior to your arrival. Likewise, you will be supplied with a separate pass code to unlock the electronic villa door - there are no keys to pick up or return!
You can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm on your arrival day and check-out anytime prior to 10:00 am on your departure day.
Local Property Management
Emerald Island Rentals has contracted with a local management company to provide 24-hour response to any problem you may encounter with the Townhouse. The management company is available by phone at a number listed in the Townhouse. The management company is also available, during normal business hours, to assist with any questions you may have about your vacation, and to direct you to other sources of information, transportation, attraction tickets, restaurants, etc. in the Orlando area.
Maid Service
The townhouse will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and will be cleaned again after you depart. There is no maid service provided during the duration of your stay. Additional cleanings may be arranged for $75 each.
