Reserving our Disney area south-facing pool home or our villa is quite simple with our up-to-date calendars and the convenience of secure PayPal payment system. Please follow these simple steps to reserve our Disney Magic private pool home (7 bedroom), Tropical Magic/Emerald Magic private pool home (6 bedroom), Pluto's Magic (4 bedroom pool home) or Florida Magic (4 bedroom townhouse) or Mickey's Magic or Minnie's Magic (3 bedroom) villa at Emerald Island Resort for your next Disney vacation and we will take care of your accommodation and you will get to have the best vacation stay of your lifetime.

1. Verify availability of any of our villas for the dates of your vacation on our up-to-date availability calendars. We prefer a minimum booking period of one week with Sat-Sat stay. For all rentals of less than one week, variations of start/end day, or if you have any questions please contact us. We do entertain exceptions.

2. Check Rental Rates for the property of your choice: Disney Magic, Tropical Magic, Emerald Magic, Pluto's Magic, Florida Magic, Mickey's Magic, Minnie's Magic. Don't forget our Last Minute Specials!
3. Complete Booking Form and review the Terms and Conditions (Note our No Smoking and No Pets policy. Also, Emerald Island Resort is a gated community and does not allow any RVs, trailers, campers and commercial vehicles. Guests can park them in any near-by commercial parking lot at their own expense).

4. Make a Payment: You can make a reservation for your vacation home in as much advance as you choose. You only have to pay a small Rental Deposit to reserve one of our properties at today's rates.

   If your vacation starts in the next 10 weeks, please pay the full amount of rent together with Security Deposit.

   If your vacation starts after the next 10 weeks, please pay your rental deposit of 20% of the total rent (3, 4 bedroom villas: minimum $250; 6, 7 bedroom villas: minimum $500) to hold your reservation. The rest of the rent is due at least 10 weeks prior to your arrival date together with the Security Deposit.

   Security Deposit: $500 for 6,7 bedroom villas; $250 3,4 bedroom villas.

   The refundable Security Deposit will be returned to you, via check or PayPal, in 2-4 weeks after your departure. In the event of any excess telephone usage (applicable to some calls as listed in the Terms and Conditions), or breakage, damage or excess soiling of carpet, furniture, etc., those charges will first be deducted from the Security Deposit.

   We accept payments by Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal Checks, Western Union Money Transfer, Cash or Credit/Bank Cards (via PayPal). Credit card and PayPal payments incur a small charge of 4% of the amount being paid. For all payments that are sent at least 10 weeks prior to the start of vacation we prefer means other than PayPal. If you would like to pay using Credit Cards, please pay with PayPal, by choosing the appropriate option below. For other options, please contact the owner.
5. Once your Booking Form, Security Deposit and complete rent payment are received, we will email you directions to Emerald Island Resort and the security codes to access the community gate and your Disney Vacation Home.
