Game Room

Enter the Hollywood themed games room and you will be 'wowed' with all the toys we have for adults and kids. Our games-room is fully air-conditioned for the comfort of our guests. So, while adults are playing a game of pool on our full-sized slate pool table, kids can enjoy a game of air-hockey or foosball, yet others can practice their aim on dart board or simply watch a good movie on the 42" wall-mounted LED TV. Oh, if you can't choose a movie from one of the many digital channels we have, you can pick one from our own library of over 60 movies. Those not in mood for a movie can play one of the games we provide on the Wii game console on the large screen TV. The game-room is nicely decorated with an assortment of Hollywood decor from generations. If there is a garage door - it is a garage, not a game-room!

South-Facing Pool/Spa and Lanai

Step out of the family room, onto the sun-drenched south-facing pool deck, and relax on the cushioned pool furniture as you soak in the Florida's golden sunrays. The extended pool deck surrounds the raised spa that cascades a waterfall in to the main, sparkling pool, where you can cool off and have some family fun together. The large 14'x30' pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.

If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out. The pool is serviced weekly by professionals so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.

Family Room/Great Room

Our Villa has a vaulted-ceiling family room for the whole family to relax in together, with sumptuous sofas and a love-seat, occasional tables, lamps, a large screen 37" LED TV, DVD player, and a surround sound system.

Living Room

If you don't want to hang out with the rest of the family, go and play some board games or take the time out to read a book in our separate lounge area with sofa and love seat.

Formal Dining

The Formal Dining is luxuriously furnished with a spacious dining table and eight chairs with all place settings waiting for your gourmet meals to be served.

Kitchen/Nook

The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink!! The adjacent breakfast nook set next to patio doors looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for four with additional seating on bar stools for four more at the breakfast bar. So, if you can find the time between the games room, pool and the theme parks nearby, then you may like to eat at our home. So go ahead, prepare a simple snack, a great tasting steak on a gas-fired grill or a Thanksgiving or Christmas feast and savor the taste in the breakfast nook, or in the formal dining area.

King Master Suite #1

Sleeping at our Villa continues the trend of spoiling our guests! The first-floor master bedroom features slumber-soft king-size bed, 32" LED TV, DVD player, nightstands, lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, armoire, dresser, walk-in closet, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, tub, step-in shower, plus a private toilet.

King Master Suite #2

The second-floor master bedroom features slumber-soft king-size bed, 32" LED TV, DVD player, nightstands, lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, dresser and mirror, walk-in closet, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, toilet and tub.

Master Bedroom #3 (Tropical Paradise)

The third master bedroom mimics a "Tropical Paradise" and offers a queen-size bed, nightstands, 32" LED TV, DVD player, closet space and is adjacent to the "Feathered Friends" bathroom.

Bedroom #4 (Princess Castle)

The "Princess Castle" offers two comfortable twin beds, night stand, 26" LED TV and DVD player with its own closet space.

"Feathered Friends" bathroom has a mirrored vanity unit, tub, and toilet and is shared by "Tropical Paradise" and "Princess Castle".

Master Bedroom #5

This stylish modern bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a closet and ample drawer space with a dresser and mirror. This room also features 28" LED Cable TV with DVD, ceiling fan and alarm clock radio.

Bedroom #6 (African Safari)

This "African Safari" themed bedroom features two twin sized beds, two night stands with lamps, built-in closet, a chest of drawers and ceiling fan. Additional features include a 26" LED TV with DVD player.

The Surfing themed family bathroom is located between Safari themed bedroom and Cars themed bedroom and features a vanity unit, bath with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Bedroom #7 (Cars and Racing)

This themed bedroom will surely excite boys of any age which is a perfect "sleep-station" with 2 twin bunk beds, a 22" wall-mounted LED TV, DVD player, nightstand, cars lamp, chest and closet space. This bedroom can access the "Surfing" themed bathroom.
