Size and Sleeping Capacity

Our 3300 ft2 Florida vacation home has 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is fully furnished to comfortably sleep 16 guests (plus an infant).

• Two master suites with king beds (accommodates 2 persons in each bedroom and an infant in a full size crib)
• Two queen bedrooms (accommodates 2 persons in each bedroom)
• Two Kids bedrooms with two twins each (accommodates 2 persons in each bedroom)
• One Kids bedrooms with two bunks (accommodates 4 persons)
• For families with more than one infant, we provide a Pack-n-Play at no extra charge

We provide adequate high-quality bedding in all the bedrooms and bath/pool towels for the entire family.

Welcome Pack

We provide a complementary* welcome pack for all guests visiting our Villa in Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, Florida. This welcome basket is provided to our vacation home guests as a welcome gesture.

Outdoors

Our screened south-facing pool deck can accommodate large gatherings. There is also an outdoor shower for the convenience of our guests. The pool deck is fully furnished with lounge chairs and tables for the whole family. We provide free supply of gas for the barbecue grill.

Entertainment

Our vacation home is equipped with flat screen TVs with cable service, in every bedroom, family room, and game room. That's 9 TVs and 9 DVD players in all! That means, all our guests are not forced to watch the same show or movie.

We also provide a Nintendo Wii system (with games) and a wide selection of DVDs to keep kids (and you) busy on those rainy days.

Baby Equipment

We understand the needs of parents who travel with small children, which is why we provide the following baby equipment for your use, at no extra charge. There is no need to haul a stroller from your home and you will be glad to see the same waiting for you in our Disney vacation villa. So, there is no need to pick-up or drop-off or worrying whether or not the baby equipment has been delivered by the management company or rental agency. We even encourage you to take the stroller to the parks to save on rentals.

Telephone

Emerald Magic vacation home has a telephone with service that includes FREE unlimited calls to anywhere in USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and many other countries. Also, calls to land line are free to UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain and many other countries! For a complete listing, please check the FAQ section. Other international calling carries a per-minute fee which will be deducted from your security deposit.

Air Conditioning and Heating

Our vacation home is fully air conditioned and heated for your year-round comfort.

Washer and Dryer

All of our vacation homes have full size washer and dryer in the villa for your convenience.

Check-in/ Check-out and Security

Security is vital to our guests traveling with small children and we understand that. Access to the Emerald Island Resort is via a manned security gate. You will be supplied with a pass code to unlock the electronic door of the home - there are no keys to pick up or return!

You can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm on your arrival day and check-out anytime prior to 10:00 am on your departure day.

Local Property Management

Emerald Island Rentals has contracted with a local management company to provide 24-hour response to any problem you may encounter with our vacation home. The management company is available by phone at a number listed in the house. The management company is also available, during normal Business hours, to assist with any questions you may have about your vacation, and to direct you to other sources of information, transportation, attraction tickets, restaurants, etc. in the Orlando area.

Maid Service

Our homes are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and will be cleaned again after you depart. There is no maid service provided during the duration of your stay. Additional cleanings may be arranged for an additional fee.
