For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning charge of $90 will be added.

These prices for our Kissimmee vacation home are for your entire party of up to 10.
Payment Terms
Payments are accepted by PayPal, Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Personal Checks. PayPal accepts payment by credit card, debit card or bank draft. Credit card and PayPal payments incur a small charge of 4% of the amount being paid. Once we confirm your reservation, you can make payment arrangements. You need not be a member of the PayPal network to take advantage of this free, secure and convenient service. Payments made within 6 weeks of start date of rental are accepted via PayPal only.
