Living Room

Living Room of our villa is spacious, with a comfortable sofa that can convert in to a queen size bed that converts to a sofa bed, complemented by love seat, coffee table, and two end tables with lamps, 42" plasma TV, DVD player, movie and game library, Play Station 3 with games and a CD player.

Dining Room and Nook

The Dining Area is well furnished with a dining table with all place settings waiting for your gourmet meals to be served.

Kitchen

Our villa has a well-equipped kitchen that makes food preparation a breeze while you are on vacation. To start off, this kitchen has an oven and a cook-top stove to make special meals of your choice and is complemented by a refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven and automatic icemaker. This kitchen is "complete" with dinnerware, silverware and glassware settings, kitchen towels and oven mitts, knives and cutting board. It also offers various kitchen utensils including corkscrew and grater, Salt and pepper shakers. There are plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, microwaveable dishes.

There is also a telephone in the kitchen.

First Master Suite

Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, clock/radio and telephone, a dresser with a 22" flat screen TV, closet space, and an attached master bathroom with toilet, vanity basin and shower with bath. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided. This bedroom also has a safe and a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom in this master bedroom also has a door leading to the pool area.

Second Master Suite

The second master suite is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser with mirror, clock radio and a 22" flat screen TV. It has its own closet space and a private bathroom. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided. The master bedroom also has its own private balcony.

Third Bedroom

The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, nightstand with lamp and a clock radio. It has its own closet space and an adjacent, shared family bathroom. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

Fourth Bedroom

The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, nightstand with lamp and a clock radio. It has its own closet space and an adjacent, shared family bathroom. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

Family Bathroom

The third and fourth bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Laundry Room

Our villa has a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.

Miscellaneous

All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied.

Game Room

Pool Area

The pool area is probably the place where a lot of your spare time will be spent after a hard day in the parks. It has a large extended deck and a heated screened (24' X 12') pool. Heating is optional.

The pool also has a safety screen round it to prevent small children falling in. (not shown on photos) All doors leading to the pool area have door alarms fitted to prevent the children opening these doors without you knowing. We also provide some pool floats etc for you to use.

Just out side the pool screen is a charcoal BBQ grill for those who like the outdoor life. To help our disabled guests we have ramp access into the home.

For families with small children we have a cot/crib, highchair and stroller available at no charge.
