Spa/Pool Heat
Spa and Pool heat is optional and can be requested at $35/nt. You can also request Spa heat alone for $25/nt. Pool/Spa or Spa heat can be requested for a minimum of 2 nights.
Cleaning Charge
For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning charge of $150 will be added.
Please add Florida state and Osceola county taxes, a total of 13% to your final price.

Payment Terms
Payments are accepted by PayPal, Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Personal Checks. PayPal accepts payment by credit card, debit card or bank draft. Credit card and PayPal payments incur a small charge of 4% of the amount being paid. Once we confirm your reservation, you can make payment arrangements. You need not be a member of the PayPal network to take advantage of this free, secure and convenient service. Payments made within 6 weeks of start date of rental are accepted via PayPal only.
