Check Rental Rates on our

page. Daily and weekly (7
nights) rates are listed. To calculate rates for other stays, simply
follow these steps:
- For rentals of less than 7 nights, multiply the number of nights by the
daily rate. Add a $70 cleaning charge for stays of less than 6 night rentals.
- For rentals of 7-13 nights, multiply the number
of nights by the daily rate, and then take a 10% discount.
- For rentals of 14-20 nights,
multiply the number of nights by the daily rate, and then take a
20% discount.
- For rentals 21-28 nights,
multiply the number of nights by the daily rate, and then take a
25% discount.
- For rentals more than 28 nights, multiply the number of nights by
the daily rate, then take a 30% discount.
Don't forget our Last Minute Specials! If you
make your reservation within 14 days of your arrival, you get a 30%
discount off the applicable daily rate, regardless of length of stay!

You
can make a reservation for your vacation home in as much advance as you
choose. You only have to pay a small deposit to reserve the villa at today's
rates.
If your vacation starts in the next 10 weeks,
please pay the full amount of rent together with 200$ Security Deposit.
If your vacation starts after the next 10 weeks,
please pay your Rental Deposit
of 20% of the total rent ($200 minimum) to hold your
reservation. The rest of the rent together with the 200$ Security Deposit is
due at least 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.
You can pay with either a major credit card or a checking account
debit card. Please note that if you are not a PayPal member, you
don't need to register with PayPal to take advantage of this free, secure
payment service.
Of course PayPal would love to have you as a member (and will ask you if you
would like to register), but this is not required.
The refundable
Security Deposit will be returned to you, via check or PayPal, in 2-3 weeks
after your
departure. In the event of any excess
telephone usage (applicable to some calls as listed in the Terms and
Conditions), or breakage,
damage or excess soiling of carpet, furniture, etc., those charges will first be deducted from the Security
Deposit.
We accept payments by Cashiers
Check, Money Order, Personal Checks, Western Union Money Transfer, Cash
or Credit/Bank Cards (via Paypal). For all payments that
are sent at least 10 weeks prior to the start of vacation we prefer
means other than Paypal. If you would like to pay using
Paypal, please click on the "Pay Now" option below. For other options,
please contact the owner.
Once your
Booking Form, Security Deposit and complete rent payment are received, we will email you directions to Emerald Island Resort and the security codes
to access the community gate and your Disney Vacation Home.
