Spacious

A typical hotel room is about 300 sq feet. A hotel room is a standard one room unit.

A typical townhome such as our "Mickey's Magic" villa is about 1300 sq ft and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath, living room, kitchen, full laundry room. Our "Emerald Magic" has 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, living, formal dining, nook, kitchen, family room and laundry room.  That means parents and kids can spread-out into multiple rooms. Can we even compare hotels and villas at this point?

And, did we say that you can unpack ALL your suitcases?

Cost Effective

A hotel suite accommodates maximum of 2 people. For a family of 8, you need four  rooms and for a family of 14 you will need at least seven rooms. That means your family/party will have to spread-out in to multiple rooms and there is no guarantee that you will even next to each other.

With our prices for the three bedroom home starting at 89$/night and the six bedroom home starting at 199$, you will not have to look hard to confirm that you will be saving money by renting a villa.

Security

Have you ever seen a hotel behind a gated/manned entrance? Doesn’t exist.

Natural Setting

Hotels do not come with any view that you would like to watch. You will be watching the traffic or the rear of another hotel room.

With our townhome, step out of the living room or master suite and enjoy a natural setting of a preservation lake and conservation area with a cup of coffee or your favorite wine. You can even watch some feathered-friends or do fishing right out the door.

Convenience

With most hotels you will have to park your car and carry your bags through narrow corridors or elevators. When you book a hotel, you are all in one room all the time. That means, parents cannot watch TV once kids are asleep and if parents are watching their show, kids will be bored.

With our Villas, you can park your car right in front of the villa. You will have separate  bedrooms for the kids, and there is no need to make a queue for the bathrooms. Our full size kitchens allows you to cook a meal; and our proximity to all the restaurants allows you dine-out at your choice.  While the kids are watching a DVD (that we provide in our library) or playing on the PlayStation 2 (that we provide along with some games), parents can watch a game or movie on one of the other TVs.  You will have your own laundry facility in the villa which means you don’t have to make a trip to the Laundromat.

With our convenient location at less than 3 miles from Disney, you can come back to your villa for an afternoon nap and go back for the fireworks at Magic Kingdom or Fantasia at MGM studios.
