All linens, towels, blankets and pillows
are supplied. For the comfort and convenience of the guests all linens and
towels are washed in the villa by our house keeping staff upon departure of the
guests. We also do an inspection count of linens and towels to ensure that the
incoming guests have sufficient quantities of the same.

 Welcome Pack
We provide a
complementary* welcome food pack for all guests visiting our Villa in
Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, Florida.
This welcome food
basket containing Milk, Butter, Eggs, Bread, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Juice,
Soda, Bacon and Cereal will be waiting at our villa for our guests to
arrive. More than the 25$ value that it provides, we hope our guests
arriving late at night or after a long journey will find this
feature a great convenience.

 Our townhouse is equipped with high-speed broadband cable Wi-Fi
(wireless 802.11g and 802.11b) Internet access. Bring your own laptop or notebook PC or Mac and enjoy our Internet
connection anywhere in the townhouse or outside for free! Our connection
is fast!

Our townhouse has a small patio off the Living Room and a
small deck off the Master Bedroom. Both the patio and the deck are
furnished with 2 chairs and they overlook our beautiful
pond and conservation area. A charcoal grill is also provided on the deck.

Entertainment
Our
townhouse is equipped with 4 TVs with cable service, including HBO. That
means, all our guests are not forced to watch the same show or movie.
 We
also provide a
Sony Play Station 2 system (with games) and a wide selection of
DVDs to keep kids (and you) busy on those rainy days.

Baby Equipment
We understand the needs of parents who travel with small
children, which is why we provide the following baby equipment for your
use, at no extra charge. There is no need to haul a
stroller from your home and you will be glad to see them waiting for you
in our Disney vacation villa. So, there is no need to pick-up or
drop-off or worrying whether or not the baby equipment has been
delivered by the management company or rental agency. We even encourage
you to take the stroller to the parks to save on rentals.

Telephone
 Our townhouse has a phone in the Kitchen and in the Master
Bedroom.
Telephone service includes FREE unlimited calls to anywhere
in USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. Also, calls to land line are free to UK,
Ireland, Italy and Spain! Other international calling carries a
per-minute fee which will be deducted from your security deposit.

Air Conditioning and Heating
Our townhouse
is fully air conditioned and heated for your year-round comfort.
Check-in/ Check-out
and Security
Security is vital to our guests traveling with small
children and we understand that. Access to the Emerald Island Resort is via a pass code
entrance gate. You will be supplied with the pass code prior to your
arrival. Likewise, you will be supplied with a separate pass code to
unlock the electronic villa door - there are no keys to pick up or
return!
Check-in is no earlier than 4pm on your arrival day.
Check-out is no later than 10am on your departure day.

Local Property Management
Emerald Island Rentals has contracted with a local management
company to provide 24-hour response to any problem you may encounter with the
Townhouse. The management company is available by phone at a number listed in the
Townhouse. The management company is also available, during normal
business hours, to assist with any questions you may have about your vacation,
and to direct you to other sources of information, transportation, attraction
tickets, restaurants, etc. in the Orlando area.
Maid Service
The townhouse will be professionally cleaned prior to your
arrival, and will be cleaned again after you depart. There is no maid
service provided during the duration of your stay. Additional cleanings
may be arranged for $70 each. |
