How did you hear about us?

I confirm that I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions relating to this booking, and agree to abide with any reasonable request made by Emerald Island Rentals and their management company, and to abide with the Emerald Island Resort Rules and Regulations for the duration of our stay.

I understand that payment of Rental Deposit (Pre-paid rent) in the amount of 20% of the total value of the rent ($200 minimum) is due at the time of booking. Payment of the balance of the rent together with the $200 Security Deposit is due 10 weeks prior to our arrival date or at the time of booking, whichever is later.

I understand that cancellations of bookings must be received by the owner in writing (via email), and are subject to the following provisions:

More than sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of the rental period - Refund of all paid money minus a $100.00 (USD) administration fee with the exceptions given below.
Forty five (45) days to sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of the rental period - Refund of all paid money minus a $200.00 administration fee with the exceptions given below.
Less than forty five (45) days prior to the commencement of the rental period - no refund of rent will be entertained. Security deposit will be refunded.

Exceptions:

Reservations for durations of four (4) weeks or longer will not be entitled to any refund of deposit and/or prepaid rent.
Reservations for the weeks consisting of Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas day, New Years Eve will not be entitled to any refund of deposit and/or prepaid rent.
