Kitchen
Our
villa has a well-equipped kitchen that makes food preparation a breeze
while you are on vacation. To start off, this kitchen has an oven and a
cook-top stove to make special meals of your choice and is complemented
by a refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven and automatic icemaker.
This kitchen is “complete” with a colander, coffee maker with filters,
coffee mugs, toaster, blender, tea kettle, can opener, water pitcher,
dinnerware, silverware and glassware settings for 12 (including wine
glasses), kitchen towels and oven mitts, knives and cutting board. It
also offers various kitchen utensils including corkscrew and grater,
Salt and pepper shakers. There are plenty of pots and pans, baking
sheets, microwaveable dishes.
There is also a telephone in the kitchen.
Master Bedroom
Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, two nightstands with
lamps, clock/radio and telephone, a dresser with a cable TV and VCR,
closet space, and an attached master bathroom with toilet, vanity basin
and shower with bath. The master bedroom also has its own private
balcony that overlooks the conservation area and pond to the rear of
this attractive property. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are
provided.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, nightstand with
lamp, dresser with mirror, clock radio and a Cable TV with DVD player.
It has its own closet space and an adjacent, shared family bathroom. All
bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom also is furnished with two twin beds, nightstand with
lamp, dresser with mirror, clock radio and a Cable TV with DVD player.
It has its own closet space and an adjacent, shared family bathroom. All
bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.
Laundry Room
Our villa has a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and
ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the
Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and
bucket in the laundry room.
Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied.
Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied.
Floor Plan
Downstairs is the Kitchen, Laundry Room, Half Bath, Dining Room and
Living Room. There is a small covered patio off the Living Room.
Upstairs is the Master Bedroom (with en suite Bathroom),
the Second and Third Bedrooms and the Second Bathroom. There is a small
balcony off the Master Bedroom.
